Beautifully located about 1.7km from city center at a quiet residential area which is very peaceful and serene next to a river. It's easily access by online taxi booking.
We love the awards winning Southen Song Dynasty design of the property , however we noticed that the management didn't really put in efforts to upkeep the place.
We stayed in the garden room on the ground floor which we have access to the Riverside garden. It's a shame that the garden are not maintained and the furniture in the garden are not clean to tho use.
I'm sorry to say that staffs attitude are pretty standard or below, not warm nor cold , didn't make the guests feel welcomed.

房間樓底夠高，空間夠大，設計簡約，最適合想要放鬆身心的遊客。乾淨衛生。服務員笑容常滿。
入住的第一天，酒店還免費提供了紹興黃酒及小食。離開時還有精致小禮物
在入住期間，意外碰見酒店老闆娘，老闆娘還十分熱情的介紹了酒店的其他活動，例如，點茶，插花之類。適合文人雅士，或者喜歡古典文化的旅客。
另外提一提，酒店沒有升降機，但漫步於酒店的庭院設計，亦是一種樂事。

朋友介紹的這家民宿果然沒有讓我失望，傍晚到的民宿，一進院子滿屋的桂花香，民宿整體設計也非常的安靜雅緻，可惜定晚了沒有定到湖景大床房，下次來紹興首選這家民宿。
