這次入住體驗非常滿意！酒店的服務態度超級好，員工們始終保持着親切的微笑，酒店儘量滿足客人的需求，給予交通便利。房間內的設施非常齊全，乾淨整潔，生活用品一應俱全。入住期間真的感覺太舒適了。早餐有中式和西餐任意選擇，特別是主管麗麗非常貼心，讓人感受到令人舒心的服務，酒店提供免費拍照服務，清野旅拍的小李，把我們帶入酒店的最佳拍攝景點，他拍攝技術精湛，下次去紹興玩，我們會依舊選擇帥哥小李！

這是一家值得細品的輕奢酒店。酒店三面環水，佔地雖不大，但公共空間移步換景，極具美感。入住的是陽台房，面積不大，但室內設計的巧思為客房提供了通透、舒適和便利感，而且客房用品非常有品質。整體而言，對得起“輕奢”二字。
入住時，前台的王思雨接待的我們，而且還帶我們參觀了酒店內的石雕藝術館，並做了悉心的講解，第二天還專門為我們介紹了酒店陳設的一些藝術珍品以及公共空間的設計理念等。她的熱情與專業超出了我對於酒店從業者的認知與期望，十分感謝她的時間與付出。若有機會，一定會再來。

乘船抵達的體驗很獨特，酒店一步一景，房間配置有非常多的細節，能看出酒店的用心，不愧SLH的成員，在地體驗也很不錯，酒店可步行至景區，非常方便，是可以作為目的地酒店的選擇，值得專程前往∽前台小王服務熱情細緻，這是一家值得二刷的酒店∽

紹興之行，酒店給了我們全家非常美好的體驗，房間很大，有小朋友最愛的榻榻米。整個酒店的景觀沿湖而建，雖然不大，該有的都有。早餐也很豐富，總之非常滿意，推薦大家！

酒店總體來説還可以，但是和這個價格比起來還的有點不值得，很多用品都換掉了，降品質了
有點風景，但也沒有很美的山水景，都是人造的，有點刻意為之的感覺
酒店餐廳的中餐還可以，但是價格也不實惠優惠券衹能用一張
包括拍照也是，有衣服借但是很亂，價格也不明確，也沒有帶粧，一下子就low掉了，感覺都做了點，又做的不太夠

沒想到此行最大的驚喜是餐廳。
本人親子出行，對這種小眾有調性的酒店本來不報太大期望。衹是五一期間不喜歡到處鬧哄哄的環境，確實酒店做到了，整個氛圍很好。
但是每天保温瓶裏的晚安茶和小點心很美味。餐廳也是很合我胃口，海鮮河鮮料理得十分驚艷，比一些網紅店強很多。
缺點就是這種小眾奢牌普遍有的，一些服務瑕疵。
瑕不掩瑜，五星給我的味蕾。
