入住前是告知了空調製熱效果不怎麼好，但沒想到的是不是不怎麼好是基本可以忽略不計。熱水從晚上22點左右一直到早上10點多退房都沒有，8點左右打給前台説晚上凍上了要1～2個小時搶修，但一直到退房都沒有修好，要反饋也沒反饋就那麼晾着。整個12月不是衹有我住的那天温度低於0℃了吧？明知道會凍上為什麼不提前做好措施？哪怕，是預防措施給水管上層保暖套，一兩句話就給敷衍了事👍
