団体ツアーで初めての知床旅行で利用しました。割と格安なツアーだったのでホテルにはあまり期待していませんでしたが、客室も温泉もロビーなどの施設も十分満足できました。特に夕食・朝食のバイキングは、地元の食材を生かした料理が多く、大変おいしくいただきました。露天風呂もよく、星空がきれいでした。知床に来るときにはまた利用したいです。 廊下やエレベータが暑かったのですが、記録的な猛暑だったので、おそらく空調設備のキャパが追い付いていなかったのでしょう。

館内もお部屋も清潔で気持ちよく過ごせた。 夕食の間にお布団も敷いてくれ、いたれりつくせり。多分部屋番号を伝えて夕食するので、いない間にやってけれてるというサービスがいい。 レストランは広々としていて、料理も大満足なバイキングでした。また行きたいです。

２度目の知床になりますが、前回は北こぶしに、今回はホテル知床に宿泊しました。部屋は思っていたよりも広く、ゆったりとくつろぐ事が出来たし、夜と朝の食事はバイキングでしたが、品数が多くて美味しく、満足出来るものでした。また、部屋からの眺望もよく、オホーツク海や知床五湖や知床峠へ向かって山を登って行く道路も見えました。また知床へ行ったら利用したいと思っております。

昔からあるホテルだと思いますが、改装されていてキレイです。夕朝食ともバイキングでしたが種類が多く北海道産が多く使われていて大満足でした。食べ物を取りに行く時はマスクと手袋必須なので心配はありませんでした。ロビー横にあるネイチャーセンターに入ったら普通にタバコ臭がし、ネイチャーセンターなのに、、と少し残念でした。

大浴場は文句無しですよ。 減点は廊下、隣室の音がけっこう漏れてくる。 今更どうしようもないですね。 此れだけの施設ですのにね。 今後に期待しましょうね!!

知床は冬期間そうそう訪れられる場所ではないため、北海道外からの観光客が半端ない。そのため、宿のクオリティとサービス内容は札幌のビジネスホテルクラスなのに、料金は割高。私は一人旅だったので、一泊夕食無し、朝食有りで18000円のツイルルームを、残り４部屋のところを楽天トラベルで予約。館内は清潔で掃除が行き届いていて気持ちがいい。風呂は露天があり、泉質は源泉かけ流しなだけに高温、景色はほぼ見えないが、星空がちらほら。露天（女性）は狭いエリアが源泉エリアのため高温だから、広めのエリアに入るように、との表示あり。と言っても夜はこの表示が見えなかったせいで普通に高温風呂に浸かってしまった。客室数は多く、立地は観光遊覧船乗り場からも道の駅からも車で５分程度の場所なので、便利。
