"I stayed here on Chinese New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. It was a last-minute booking, so only suites were available, and the price was quite high. It's hard to talk about value for money, but the room was genuinely spacious and the facilities were complete. It was a comfortable stay, and this is the first hotel in Hokkaido I've encountered that actually provides disposable slippers! The dinner buffet was absolutely fantastic. While breakfast wasn't as lavish as dinner, it was more than sufficient, and the restaurant view was lovely."

"Perfect location. It was a 5-min walk from the bus station and less than 10 min from Roadside rest area. Room was spacious and it faced to the sea. Enjoyed the beautiful sunset from the balcony . Delicious breakfast and dinner. Food of western and Japanese style was provided. Dining area was big. Unfortunately, the staff didn't speak English. Need to spend sometime to communicate and they tried their best to give help anyway. Better to use the Google translate in this case. Check-in time was 15;00. There is no receptionist before that. For guests arrived before 15:00 can leave luggage in the hotel but guests had to bear the responsibility."

"The hotel has been renovated. I checked in on Sunday, October 2025. It wasn't peak season. My room seemed to have been upgraded. It was a large and quite beautiful room. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Advantages: 1. A very thoughtful hotel that pays attention to small details. 2. The lobby, dining environment, and in-room hot springs are all excellent. The hotel is very spacious. 3. The staff are very polite. 4. Each building's hallways have a different theme. 5. There is free coffee in the lobby, and the TV has interesting programs. Disadvantages: It's a 1.3 km uphill walk from the bus station to the hotel with luggage. This might be inconvenient for women."

"I chose this hotel because the hot spring looked good. There are many people participating in Shiretoko activities, so there is a lot of noise in the evenings and mornings, but it quiets down early at night and is very quiet. The facilities were sufficient. It was clear that the old facilities had been properly renovated and designed. There were no restaurants nearby, so on the second night of our stay we asked for dinner at the last minute, but the seasoning was exquisite and very delicious. The hot spring had a salty spring quality and was excellent. I wonder if it was because of the hot spring that I didn't get any muscle pain even though I walked around Shiretoko. I really liked it. I would like to experience Shiretoko in the summer, so I will visit soon. I hope they will join the travel destination tax payment program."

Plus, they offer free instant noodles, and the room was incredibly spacious. The semi-self-service style of the hotel made it feel so welcoming and cozy. If I ever come back to Shiretoko, I'll definitely stay here again!"

I had originally booked for two nights, but due to a heavy snowstorm in Sapporo, I couldn't make it. "Absolutely loved everything about this place! I stayed overnight with my friend and her family. Yuta (owner's son) and his mother went above and beyond to give us spectacular experience! Food was top quality, facility was extremely clean, Onsen water was so silky, delicious Gelato and good opportunity to try varieties of Japanese alcohol. "The apartment was well located with wonderful views of the ocean & harbour, especially during sunset. Rooms were clean with many amenities in common areas such as complimentary tea/coffee and some sodas. However, do take not that rooms don’t come with on suite bathrooms (only toilet). Showering facilities are all shared (genders are separated), so worth considering for those who mind. Otherwise, it is a really wonderful accommodation, would recommend!"
