The buffet breakfast and dinner are rich in variety. The hotel's own store is very large, where you can buy all kinds of souvenirs and snacks. Looking at the introduction, the hot spring pavilion in the hotel is the first hot spring decorated with natural jade. A dip every day is a must! In winter, from late January to early March, buses are available from the hotel entrance at 9:30 in the morning to Shiretoko Shari JR Station, Abashiri JR Station, and Memanbetsu Airport, which is very convenient. The only drawback is that there is nothing to eat in the hotel at noon. You can go to the nearby convenience store to buy it. It takes about 15 minutes to walk.

The hotel is located on a high hillside. After taking the shuttle bus to the station, you can ask the hotel to pick you up. You can also take it to the station when you check out. The staff at the pick-up station are very nice, which saves you the trouble of dragging your suitcase up the hill. There are several ********* waiters at the front desk who can communicate in Chinese with no problem. There are outdoor and indoor hot springs to choose from. In winter, it is very pleasant to soak in the hot springs when the snow is falling outside. The buffet dinner in the evening is quite rich in variety.

This trip was so rushed that I didn’t get to take a good dip. If I go to Shiretoko again in the summer, I will choose this hotel again.

The Japanese-style room has two low beds, a sofa chaise longue, and a cross-legged straw mat. There are also two tatami mattresses in the cabinet. Those who really want to feel like a Japanese-style room can spread them out by themselves. The wash basin, toilet and bathroom are separated into three parts, which is not only spacious but also spacious. The hot spring pool has indoor and outdoor sauna rooms, but the sauna room is limited. It seems to be around eight o'clock, but I never make it every time. It still takes courage to go out to the outdoor open-air hot spring pool because the wind was very strong the moment the door opened hahaha. However, being able to soak in the hot spring while watching the snow during the day is a very special experience. You can give it a try. The changing area in the hot spring pool has floor heating, ice water, a paid massage area, and a sofa for resting. How big is the restaurant? The breakfast restaurant and the dinner restaurant are actually not the same place! In comparison, the quality of dinner is higher, and there is a small hot pot to cook and eat, which is really important for the Chinese stomach! Both breakfast and dinner are limited time, and I feel like the time is just right. Anyway, we always click in and out every time, and we eat like crazy. environment: The hotel is on a mountain, overlooking the snow and drifting ice, but there is no convenience store nearby. You have to go down the mountain (i.e. to the bus stop) If you want to experience activities such as ice drifting, you can check whether the activity will be picked up from the hotel. We registered our name on Shinra, and Shiretoko Daiichi Hotel is on their pick-up list. We just need to wait for the guide in the lobby when the time comes. transportation: The hotel has a shuttle bus (Yutoro Onsen Bus Terminal). As soon as you get off the bus from Abashiri, you will see the hotel's sign. If not, just call the hotel, someone will answer. In addition, there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. It is very convenient to take the bus to Shari Station. Check the bus time in advance so as not to miss it.
