Very good place situation right in the heart of Sharjah with affordable prices. It has good restaurants and a Hypermarket nearby. The service is quick. One hotel boy, Rohit, was always smiling and was always ready to do extra work.

We were there at the beginning of May 2024. I really liked the location - on the one hand, it is much cheaper than in Dubai, on the other hand, you can get to Dubai within an hour. Unlike Dubai, they do not charge a resort tax. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the Dubai Mall - departure from the hotel at approximately 15.40, departure from the Dubai Mall at 21.00. We ordered a taxi to the airport from the hotel, it cost 100 dirhams. Grocery supermarkets and an outlet are within walking distance from the hotel. Convenient to cross the road to the beach. The hotel has a small indoor pool with warm water, a bathhouse and a sauna. At the reception you can exchange dollars and euros for dirhams - at the rate of 3.6 at the exchange office at the airport they exchanged us 3.45. It was my daughter’s birthday, which we didn’t notify the hotel about, and when we returned from the beach we saw a gift - a cake. It was a pleasure. During our stay, we were asked three times whether the quality of service was satisfactory - once by phone, at the reception, and the cleaning manager came up. The food for breakfast was varied and tasty. We didn't take lunch or dinner, because... wanted to try different local food. If necessary, you can order, for an adult it will be approximately 60 dirhams. On the beach they provide towels and sunbeds for free, there are almost always places available. Minuses: - cool water came out of the tap and shower almost all the time, except for the last day, no matter how you regulate it. It was not very pleasant to wash. - there is a drain on the floor in the kitchen and bathroom, apparently a not very pleasant smell came from them periodically. Overall I recommend the hotel. Definitely worth the money. In terms of price-quality ratio, the best option.

Seriously underrated hotel, great beach, interesting underwater world on the reef, good for snorkeling

The hotel was very good for business travel. The bonus was the steam room. They could open the pool earlier though as I prefer my early morning swim. The chefs/food was a delight. Definitely be returning back here.

Hotel is not bad! Yes, not new! And worth, your money. Breakfast is worthy! Rats, have not seen or heard. Room cleaning every day. Bed and towel change every day. Bed is clean! The people write that towel needs to be asked. Yes, it is. 3 days lived, after cleaning put 1 towel, although we are 2 and take 2 towels. Get down to the recession, please one more. Without the prole, in 5 minutes they bring. Wi-Fi is negligible, but for 2 days. We need to go down for a new password every 2 days. For us this is not a problem. In central streets in cafes and restaurants, prices range from 20 to 40 dirham per portion. Between the yards are 2 times cheaper. Don't be afraid, local, sit down at the table and order. They can cook personally, not acute food, but it will be necessary to wait 10-15 minutes. They can put ready, but acute and immediately. The price for the dish is not changed. The location of the hotel for us is acceptable, up to water 2 to 3 km. Taxi and buses have not been canceled. We, at 50, walk easily to the beach and back. 1 time by bus and 1 time by taxi. Many shops, next stops all sides! Hotel recommends for the middle class. A, the bourgeois recommends staying in hotels 4 and 5 stars.

I stayed in this Hotel during a visit to Dubai last year. The room was beautiful, clean and well stocked. The room and services exceeded my expectations in every way. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. After I lost my phone and cards on the second day of my visit, the manager went well out of his way to help me get in touch with friends and family and get through the rest of my visit safely. I was blown away by the hospitality and kindness shown to me. 100% recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a true hidden gem minutes away from busy Dubai. At first you may wonder why to go to Sharjah, but the Chedi Al Bait is a destination on its own. The minute you walk in, you are being greeted by “Welcome home”, the English translation of “Al Bait”. It’s true the place felt like home as if I had arrived in my family after a long journey in the hot weather of the arabian peninsula. Here I found a calm, authentic, extremely beautiful & well kept property to rest and enjoy days of pure luxury. Because of the hot June weather I was lucky enough to be one of the few guests at the hotel. I felt like a true Sultan wandering around the maze of my property and there was not a minute I was not being pampered by the whole team. During the day, the walls of the property have a contemporary desert feeling. At night the lighting made it looked like the Palace of the Arabian Nights. I enjoyed the fact that all the doors of the property were left open for you to explore and decide to sit to contemplate or simply relax. Their library/museum was a nice surprise worth a quick tour! The suite I stayed for 3 nights was just perfect. Plenty of space, huge bath room with 5 star amenities. I loved the Acqua di Parma toiletries!! The huge bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I stayed in their “deluxe” rooms which for me felt super luxury. I can’t imagine how their higher category suites could even be better than what I had. Meals, breakfasts, drinks at their cafe were all of good quality. I highly recommend their Afternoon Tea Time which is a show on its own with all that nitrogen gas. Gym, Sauna and Steam room were all of the best quality! In short, I had at the Chedi the best time in the UAE and I could not recommend it enough to anyone who is appreciative of quality, discreet luxury and comfort! Special mention and warm thank you to the Team at the reception but also Sam at the Pool who was the kindest host ever. I was taken care like a real sheikh with always a glass of cold water, my sun bed prepared like I loved and always a few words and a smile to make my stay memorable. The staff is very friendly and supportive, but there should be a hair dryer in room and pest control is needed as few cockroaches was playing around the locker.. another thing that I booked a room with king size bed but at the checkin time no room was available with king size bed.

I have stayed at this apartment for one month, and the rent price is affordable compared to the Dubai accommodations. The cleaning service was satisfactory. Housekeeping (Islam Abbas Karim) was so friendly; he cleaned up the room every day so, the room looked new and felt fresh every morning. He changed the new towel every day, provided room amenities (ex.: coffee, tea, sugar, a bottle of 1,5L water) every day, picked up the rubbish every morning, changed the bad every single morning too. The problem for me is the location. It is far from metro stations and bus stops. The nearest metro station is reachable within 11 min. (by taxi, uber, or private car), it is Al Qiyadah Metro Station.

I informed the hotel prior to arrival about my arrival time which was around 9 am. I arrived after long delayed flight ,the receptionist told me that there are no vacant rooms I told her about my request she said “I only have one room and the guest Will arrive soon but you know what i will take the responsibility and register it for you because you seem so exhausted “. After unpacking and tried to have rest we found cockroaches, and missing kitchenware,the toilet flush is damaged and pours water everywhere, one of the showers has only hot water and i was burned and the ceramic wall was broken and my son got injured. After few days i couldnt take it and even though packing the bags with kids around was challenging but i requested to change the room ,insects and cockroaches were increasing was the hot weather and i couldnt tolerate that however they tried to bring the pest control but with no success. After insisting on changing the room , the finally showed me another room but it was late in the evening so I told them I will move in the morning as I need more time to pack my bags. In the morning i packed all my stuff and ready to move they claimed “ will never keep a room empty, you had the chance to move yesterday we could never do anything for you now sorry you will need to wait”. after a long struggle they gave me an vacant room which I found out it was rejected by another guest and here comes the other room -no cockroaches (+1) - No hot water in the bathtub . -No enough towels and when I asked for more they told me even though we are 4 persons it’s only one shower so they cannot supply us with more than 2 towels. - problem with the manhole in the kitchen which brought up dirty water every morning . -fridge was damaged. -most of the furniture torn apart .Adding to that the vending machine in the lobby has took the coins and did not bring back the drink And when we complained to the reception they told us it’s non of their business and will inform the manufacturer company. And never got fixed Our stay was long and terrible,unfortunately i had busy schedule and couldn’t leave this hell of s place
