Everything is great, starting from the reception and up to the cleaning, the rooms are cozy. Everything is delicious in the restaurant, respect to the chef and cooks, special thanks to the bartender, very tasty cocktails, animation every day 👍 you don't have time to get bored, the pools are clean, the water is refreshing, the jacuzzi is super. First, I feel we’re not welcome. I think they pick up the customer second they try to give us different room the one I booking and the room he tried to give it to us was really bad smell bad and small and when I asked to get different room, he get mad with no reason Third he doesn’t wanna clean the room always he say OK I never bring someone to clean it and I have to talk to them a lot of time to clean my room and when I try to call from the phone inside the room they never respond.

The hotel defiently needs a makeover Food often cold even when first put out Beer at lunchtime served in small plastic cups was a novel experience Pus signs Staff were all excellent, Hotel in a great location Rooms very nice. On site shops reasonable priced Good swimming pool Salads, cakes and bread was always nice with good selection Can't really grumble for what we paid and I had read the reviews so I knew what to expect.

I had a very negative experience during my stay, and honestly, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The food was terrible – the only option for the kids was chips, which was both unhealthy and unappetizing. It felt like they didn’t care about providing a proper variety of meals. The entertainment was also incredibly poor – there was nothing enjoyable or engaging for anyone except the night dancing which was boring. It felt like they didn’t put any effort into keeping guests entertained. The pools were another huge letdown – they were freezing cold, which made it clear they weren’t meant for actual use. It honestly felt like the pools were just there for show/display rather than for any kind of enjoyment or relaxation. The rooms were far from impressive. They weren’t as nice or comfortable as we were expecting. Additionally, we were charged for water bottles, which is completely unacceptable, especially considering the already high price we paid for the stay. The worst part of the experience was the service. The staff were rude and unhelpful – on one occasion, when we tried to speak to them, they completely ignored us. It felt like our concerns didn’t matter to them at all. Overall, this was a huge disappointment, and I feel like I wasted my money. I certainly won’t be returning, and I would advise others to look elsewhere for a more enjoyable and well-rounded experience.
