Hotel da evitare: vecchio, puzzolente, senza acqua calda, arredi del medioevo, bagno che cade a pezzi. 1 stella è la sua reale categoria. Per salire alle camere c'è bisogno di una guida indiana. Cibo scadente. Come sempre Francorosso/Alpitour prenota i peggiori hotel, per rivenderli a doppio. MAI PIÙ!!!!

This hotel had a convention going on in their ballroom and in the early morning hours 2 to 5 am the guests and the floor above us and on the floor below us were terribly out of line noisy banging etc drunk period it was an awful time we got no sleep at all and others said the same thing to us day there per

Had Family 60th anniversary with all family 7 Oaks stuff was amazing and the food OMG everyone enjoyed, everything was absolutely perfect! The manager was in the room few times to check if all going well, Highly recommended for all events! Definitely will come back !

Camere prive si aria condizionata , odore di chiuso sempre nelle camere arredamento stantio cena e pranzo scarsi e discutibili dal punto di vista della quantità ,qualità e scelta lato positivo ampio parcheggio, personale gentile da non ricapitare

Albergo vecchio stile, ci si perde nei lunghi corridoi e numerose scale senza finestre per arrivare alle camere con moquette che emana un odore di chiuso e di polvere. Ho effettuato un tour di gruppo: cena della prima sera scadente, si sono riscattati nella seconda; diversamente è andata con la colazione, pochissima scelta, la cosa peggiore gli orari da mensa da rispettare in quanto c'erano tre gruppi di turisti e noi eravamo il secondo: mentre finivamo di far colazione sparecchiavano e ci toglievano i piatti da davanti perché dopo di noi ci sarebbero stati gli altri. Personale gentile ma svagato.

hotel scadente,stile retro' puzzolente con tutta quella moquette, per non parlare della disposizione delle camere,dovevi fare km scendendo e salendo scale,interminabile da perdersi dentro.Cena e colazione passabile. Non adatto ad una persona anziana o disabile o con problemi di deambulazione.

Just returned home after spending three amazing days at the Seven Oaks, with my family. I would like to express my sincere thanks to all the wonderful staff, especially Trish, Aida & Megan at reception. they were so helpful. We had a wonderful few days. Looking forward to our next visit.
