We were disappointed with the room 029 near the rear entrance .The double bed was so uncomfortable, we didnt sleep well.Checked the matress, it was upside down ,also no mattress protector .Room had animal hair . Breakfast was very good .Everything you could hope for from fruit,yoghurt ...full english.♡♡

The crowne plaza royal Victoria was amazing. The staff and everything about the hotel were top draw.
