Overall, it was pretty good, except that the service staff was startled when I passed by, which also shocked me. They obviously lacked business skills. The breakfast staff always took away my unfinished food when I came to pick it up again. well.

Had a lovely stay here and they even added a nice little touch as we had just got married. Only downside was that there was no bottled water provided in the room. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were really friendly and welcoming.

Sheffield Hilton Huanpeng Hotel has complete facilities, clean and tidy, beautiful environment, and very good service in all aspects. I highly recommend it to everyone!
