Rooms are clean and tidy, Jack and Dante who worked the evening shift were very welcoming and friendly, made me feel very comfortable being a solo traveler, they are a credit to the company, will definitely be booking in again very soon

Only thing preventing a 5 star review was a slight fault with the shower. Staff very friendly without being overbearing. Good value for money and I would recommend paying a little extra for Premier Plus. Good honest brand and the hotel was ideal for the Crucible which was a 10 minute walk away Although no parking on site plenty of other options nearby. I used Q-Park which is in Charles Street and a 10 minute walk away.

Booked 4 rooms for 3 nights. Rooms all on different floors. Breakfast service slow, food not replenished in timely manner. Fire alarm goes off 10 times, staff not know what to do or communicate. No evacuation info in hotel rooms. Homeless people sleeping in reception.

Always such a pleasure to visit Sheffield via the friendliest hotel in the north. Especially Holly and Sam, who always do everything in their power to make your trip that bit greater!

Stay here 2-3 days a week, the young lady (holly)on reception very polite and very cheerful rooms always very clean beds very comfortable,close to all food outlets, the breakfast is very good plenty to choose form short drive to the shopping centre meadow hall,

Good hotel with great location in the centre, just a short walk from the Crucible Theatres. Comfortable bed and a good breakfast at a reasonable price.
