Good service and nice room

Hotel is well located in city and facility are brilliant and cost wise very nice

Overall not bad

Hotel overall was ok room was clean. But hotel location is in not the nicest areas of the city. Should of done more research. But main concern was my room was next to a cleaning cupboard and was woke at around 7am to them chatting banging and the noise of cups/mugs clanging

You can always rely on premier inn to give you a comfy bed and get a decent night of sleep. The room was also clean and had comfort features like aircon and central heating which is useful with the weather being so up and down. The staff were also really helpful and friendly and allowed me to store my things there before I checked in which was very useful. It also felt very safe with all the card scan features to get around the building.

Stayed here for a freinds wedding at 11.00pm fire alarm went off for no reason was then lead outside with all other guests and left in the cold for over a hour watching the staff run around not knowing what to do or how to handle the situation after around 20min another staff member turned up and started barking orders at guests before going inside at this point 2 members of staff came outside and hearded the guests across the road with one saying do not let them move from here and dont let them cross the road like we where children No staff at reception during our whole 2 night stay had to work out the faulty check in machine myself upon arrival The full english breakfast was stone cold what bit was there 2nd morning was no eggs after asking and waiting 5min still didnt recieve any Poor badly trained staffing and abusive managment

The staff at this Premier inn were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and well maintained. I’d definitely stay here again.

I like being able to quickly book and know what to expect. This hotel is ideally located for my business meetings and always welcoming, comfortable and good value.

Staff were helpful on reception when around, took a little while to get someone to front desk when we arrived. Breakfast plentiful, hot and staff very attentive. Excellent place to stay as really near tram stops so could get around Sheffield easily.

We had a fantastic stay. The beds were properly comfy, and the staff, especially Diane, Louise and Lucy at the restaurant were wonderful, warm, welcoming and helpful. I can't think of anything that would have made our stay easier or more relaxing.

Very clean and comfortable Premier Inn. All hospitality and reception staff were polite and friendly. Tilly especially went above and beyond to make sure my allergies were catered to. Despite the dodgy smoke detector setting off the fire alarm, I will definitely visit again when next in the area!

My cricket team had the best stay in your hotel, we really enjoyed the breakfast and your beds are comfy. Diane gave us the best experience and we never missed home with her hospitality. We hope to come back next year and enjoy the same services.

Chose this hotel as I was in Sheffield re uniting with some old university friends and this was close to the centre for me. The area is much more run down than I remember with many places closed down although I would imagine with the amount of building work/ road works happening in the area there are plans in place to spruce up the area. The hotel itself is clean and the team are warm and welcoming, especially the ladies at breakfast! Another bonus is that I was able to leave my bag on departure date whilst I had a wander round. Overall a comfortable stay and I would return on my next visit to Sheffield.

Arrived here by mistake as I was booked into another premier inn in Sheffield, immediately looked after by Aaron who quickly organized a taxi to take me to the correct hotel. What a legend and credit to the hotel this man is, went above and beyond at this late hour when he didn't need to.
