Fantastic stay in a premier plus room. Very clean and great facilities. Breakfast was really delicious. Michelle at breakfast was so attentive throughout. Would highly recommend this hotel. Easy access to the tram straight into the city centre

This place should have been closed while undergoing major renovation work. From 8.00am the roof felt as if it was going to fall in due to work happening upstairs.

nice welcome was quick check in and room was what you need to sleep after a concert hair dryer was a bit hit and miss .. breakfast was nice and staff were helpful and very busy thanks handy for a concert saves the que in the car park plenty car parking at hotel

Excellent hotel, great location and always clean. The staff are fantastic can’t do enough for you. Especially the staff in the bar area which is great. They always make you feel welcome even if you are just popping in for a drink and not actually staying would definitely recommend.

had food in the restaurant and i was served by sarah and she was a very good host and checked up on us the whole time. i really enjoyed my time at the restaurant and the food was outstanding. the food came out very quickly and was still hot when it was served to me.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Bar and restaurant staff polite and efficient. Good food. Great place to stay and good location close to Sheffield Arena. Handy carpark. Comfortable rooms - clean and spacious. Stay at many Premier Inns around the country and always feels like coming home.

Beds in accessible rooms cannot now be raised. I am not able to get up, from the new beds, easily or safely. An extra mattress was added as a fix on this occasion due to unoccupied rooms, what would I have done if the hotel had been fully booked? An accessible room should be accessible for various disabilities. PI have raised beds for me for many years it's a pity they can't do it anymore

Very nice Premier Inn. Very clean and well situated for the arena. Excellent breakfast and evening meal was very good value, the member of staff, Sarah, who served me in the evening was particularly helpful and excellent. The only quibble was the room above me had very squeaky floor boards so could hear every step from above, otherwise it would have been 5 stars.
