I had to immediately check out within 2 hours and book somewhere else due to excessive noise from some other residents. I was promised a refund under the profound apology, but that was subsequently contested. Avoid at all costs

When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by Caty and given our keys to a newly decorated room. The bed was lovely and comfortable and the room was immaculate. There is a continental breakfast provided with a wide variety of fruit, cereals, croissants etc. Will definitely be booking again!

During a particularly nasty cold spell the room was lovely and warm, a hot shower was welcomed when i returned from work. The amenities were excellent comfortable beds and from the owners nothing was too much trouble their welcome was as warm as the rooms. Nice to have off road parking too! I have stayed on more than one occasion and would be more than happy to stay again

Me and my partner stayed for the night whilst visiting Sheffield. We were welcomed very warmly and informed of everything. The hotel is quirky with steep steps to the rooms, shared bathrooms, this wasn’t an issue for us. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name who welcomed us but he was lovely. We got a good price for the night, and happy with our stay. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment but the area looked nice enough and cute! When my partner rang to book, the lady was absolutely lovely, all this customer service makes it a decent stay with good rooms and experience for us :)

Very disappointed. Paying for a B&B without getting any breakfast. Trying to get advantage of people and pretending a room is worth £300! Even Hilton's not that expensive! Shameful! Avoid please!!! Rooms were not cleaned once by the staff but by ourselves. So money orientated!!! Run away please! Better hotels with better prices around!
