This Hyatt is the worst Hyatt I have ever stayed at. The hardware facilities are still good because it is newly built. Compared with five-star service and management, there is still a lot of room for improvement. The most intolerable thing is that the room provided to me was not a normal room. It's a room in a suite. The soundproofing is very poor, and there is only one door between us and the guests next to us. The sounds of their conversation and exchanges at night could be heard clearly. I only slept for two hours the day I stayed, it was too noisy! Look at the extra bed they arranged! Blankets and jackets are provided. You want to use it, hum! You have to put it in yourself. After negotiating with Ctrip, the quilt was delivered late at night. It was just a quilt. The quilt was a quilt and the jacket was a jacket. If you want to use it, you have to do it yourself. After showering, there would be so much water spilling out that I almost slipped! Because it is not a standard room, the shower they provide allows guests to take a shower in the bathtub, and the water flows outside to the floor. I have to praise Ctrip's service here. It's really good. If there are any problems, they can actively negotiate and resolve them. I have used Booking and agoda when traveling abroad before. But when encountering problems, Ctrip is the one who can seriously solve them. There are many varieties of breakfast, but it doesn't feel delicious. There is a Starbucks in the hotel, but I feel that the taste is better than that in China. The waiter at the front desk is really not very patient with Chinese people. I speak Arabic English with a strong accent and very fast.

The hotel facade is not very good, and the lobby is similar to that of three-star hotels in China. I was waiting for check-in for more than an hour because the hotel did not receive a confirmation number. However, when I walked through the lobby, I found a different world. This resort is really big, with a very beautiful environment and a refreshing feeling. The only problem is that the room facilities are relatively old.

Not the best Marriott I had ever visited. Booked because of the pyramid view. Room is spacious but a little old, service at the buffet is so-so (restaurant staff started eating buffet food 30 mins before closing - which was weird to looks we were still dining in), room service menu choices are limited (basically the same as in the restaurant with lesser options).

Thank you The hotel was perfect.For the low price, the location and service are great, and the amenities and facilities are excellent. The view of the pyramids from the rooftop is also most beautiful. Also, the English speaking staff is very helpful.

Lovely staff who saw to all my needs and paid attention to detail. The location is quite far from the airport but obviously close to the pyramids. I did book the Nile river cruise through the hotel and the driver was quite weird. He stayed with us on the table and it was quite an invasion of our privacy. The hotel will probably call and say they have a free gift offered I.e driving to different stations like the papyrus paper shop and oil store, it’s information but a little waste of time.

It is a recently built hotel, and payment is made at the time of stay. The view is the best, and the hotel itself is very clean. It's all completely new. It is located right next to the ticket office to enter the Giza Pyramids. Many Koreans don't seem to know, but you can take pictures of the three pyramids and the Sphinx at the same time. Breakfast is not a buffet, but is simply eaten on the terrace. The room is clean, but the view from the room is closed. However, for this price, this level of cleanliness and view is quite reasonable.

If you wanna wake up with a fantastic pyramid view then this is the right place, but don't expect much from the hotel, The guys at the reception will try to sell you overpriced tours to the pyramids that are absolutely not necessary, guides can't entry the pyramids, so you will have a person only rushing you around, just buy the 2 tickets in front of the hotel and you will be perfectly fine, uber works perfectly in Cairo.

The excellent review is primarily based on the service from the staff at the hotel that were very frendly and did their best to make us feel good during our stay. However, there are plenty of things for the managment to upgrade in order to get a realistik 'excellent' review. First of all - breakfast ain't no buffet. It might see like a lot from a first sight, but 4 pieces af some kind of ham, 2 pcs. og cheese and 2 pcs. of butter is pretty much enogh for just one sandwich pr. person (we were two). There were though other food choices on the table, so you don't end up hungry, but after all the breakfast is all the same, so there is not variabillity .. There is only one choice of juice - orange. Coffee is paid separetly (we got it for free). Overbooking issues - on the first night, our room was not available, and we were transferred to a different hotel (far under avarage quallity), so we had to put up a 'fight' to get our originally booked room the day after. If you book a room on the last floor, be prepared from the annoying noice for table moving on the rooftop every morning around 6.30 am. The last two days, were pretty much a noice disaster, due to construction work, that in a normal world, should be done when the hotel has no guests.. After all i'd saiy you get what you pay for - we got it cheap, and that says it all :) A tip for other travellers: Always negotiate your price and never say yes to the first offer when it comes to a day trips, transfers etc. When you hear that it can not be done cheaper - keep pushing until you get the realistic price you want.
