這是第一次選擇在瀋陽這家酒店入住，網評上看還是可以的，到了之後，整體效果不錯，房間很大，設施設備一應俱全，送餐還有機器人，服務確實很好，細節很到位，物有所值，值得推薦

第一次到瀋陽選擇了麗楓酒店（張士開發區沈遼路店）。這家酒店位置便利也有免費停車場，周圍有很多商鋪吃飯商超購物非常方便。酒店前台服務熱情，前台小姐姐還為我們免費升級了房間。房間乾淨整潔，寬敞明亮，設備嶄新且智能化很滿意。早餐環境乾淨衞生，菜品口感不錯。總體是一家性價比超高的酒店，入住體驗感很好。

酒店環境乾淨！服務也特別好特別細心！因為是我自己帶着孩子入住，安排房間的時候直接把房間安排在餐廳旁邊，早上帶孩子吃早餐特別方便！酒店房間隔音也特別好！

給予差評主要有三點原因。
一是家庭房床頭不是軟包，是木板拼接且沒有安全防護，孩子不小心磕到床頭，縫了四針。雖如經理描述，裝修風格都是統一標準，無法幹涉，但添加安全防護，是用心也是經驗！
二是出事故後，酒店不能及時主動提供必要幫助，且事後漠不關心。孩子受傷已接近23點，全程衹有一名前台人員提供過應急包，我們自己開車去的最近醫院做的縫合，在此期間，酒店無人詢問是否需要幫助或建議孩子去哪個醫院縫合比較適合。入住第二天晚孩子受傷，後又連續住了兩晚，過程中無人問候孩子受傷情況。
三是賠付醫葯費過程拖延，推脱責任。推拖原因：保險公司不予理賠，説是家長看護不當！然後酒店方説想辦法讓保險理賠，結果硬生生拖了一個月！
之後我們聲明要自己維權！酒店才給賠付了醫葯費。
最可氣的是，退房當天就把所有醫療費發票發給酒店方了，結果過了一個月，酒店方還不清楚醫療費到底多少錢！這也沒把顧客當回事啊！
以上評論，主要是想給入住家庭房的父母，提供更多可以關注的點，避免出現我們這樣的事故！
