The overall environment is quiet and peaceful, perfect for a good rest. The room price is reasonable, and it's well-equipped with a desk and WiFi, so I could even get some work done in my free time. The smart devices are easy to operate, even for older guests. The bathroom floor is non-slip, adding to the safety. The front desk is staffed 24 hours, so you can always find someone if you have an urgent matter at night, and they also offer free luggage storage for large items. Downstairs, there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants, so you don't have to go far for food or supplies. The room is cleaned daily, and toiletries are replenished promptly. It's a very suitable place for short-term stays while accompanying someone in the hospital."

An executive room, including breakfast for two, for only 1399 RMB for two nights. In my impression, the hotel has an excellent location. It's a very upscale five-star hotel in Shenyang. So I booked it without hesitation. Before check-in, Lena, the customer service manager, called in advance and arranged an upgrade to a scenic executive suite. This was truly exceptional value for money! From the 30th floor, you can clearly see the Hun River scenery across the way. What a beautiful Shenyang... The hygiene was good, and the floor was quiet. The executive lounge also offered delicious dumplings and wontons. For breakfast, you could enjoy the view of Youth Street below. A modern city with high-rise buildings all around. All in all, a fantastic weekend travel experience. We'll definitely come again next time ✌🌹"

The room was spotlessly clean, the decor was simple yet stylish, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were gentle and attentive, and very efficient. It's close to a shopping district, making dining and shopping super convenient. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, so it was nice and quiet at night. The price was great too, making it the perfect stopover on our journey. We'll definitely stay here again if we're passing through."

"This was my first stay at this hotel. I noticed it opened in 2024 and featured modern decor, so I booked two rooms. The front desk staff were exceptionally thoughtful; I accidentally left an item behind, and they not only called me but also helped arrange for it to be mailed back to me. The room features a wet/dry separation bathroom design, which is convenient and prevents crowding. The bathroom amenities are also very comprehensive; disposable toilet seat covers and razors are available upon request from the front desk. The room size was adequate, and there was no unpleasant new-renovation smell. Check-in was also swift. I stayed for two days, and the room was meticulously cleaned daily. It offers excellent value for money at a reasonable price. I will definitely choose to stay here again for future business trips."

"Staying at the Haiyun Jinjiang Hotel was a pleasant experience. The breakfast, though simple, was delicious and satisfying. We had an early train to Shenyang Station at 7:30 AM, so we headed to the restaurant at 6:20 AM. A special shout-out to Liu Dan, the restaurant manager. Seeing our large luggage, she kindly suggested we leave it at the bar for convenience. Upon learning about our train, she informed us that breakfast officially starts at 6:30 AM but offered us some items that were already prepared. She even helped us with the food and then took my room card to the front desk to check us out, allowing us to enjoy our meal without rushing. As we were leaving, Zhao Mengrui even gave us some small desserts for our train journey – so thoughtful! Housekeeping, led by Manager Huo and Aunt Guan, did an excellent job; our room was spotless, and they even provided two extra bottles of water. I truly felt the warmth and hospitality of the Northeastern people. ❤️"

"1. The minibar cabinet is quite large, but the drinking water provided is Pure Joy brand. Both the selection and packaging feel very thoughtless. Also, there's only a kettle in the minibar area, no coffee machine or anything else. 2. The fridge is completely empty – no drinks, no mini-bar, not even a bottle of mineral water. 3. The minibar drawer, which should typically hold wine glasses, beer glasses, etc., has the compartments built in, but nothing has been placed inside; it's completely empty. 4. The bathtub has a niche that should normally hold toiletries, but again, nothing is there (no disposable bath liners, bath salts, etc.). 5. There's a changing room, but other than slippers, nothing else is provided. No shoe-polishing cloth, no bags, no weighing scale. The price isn't cheap, and overall, the value for money is low. It gives the impression that the owner is being stingy – they spent a lot on the hard furnishings but are unwilling to invest in the smaller details, which are very lacking."

"This stay was absolutely fantastic, from the environment to the service, everything exceeded my expectations. I especially want to commend Vision, the front desk attendant. He was so attentive and warm, I'm completely won over! I was traveling with my family on short notice, and we arrived late at night during a light rain. My family was quite tired from the journey. I had originally booked a standard room, but when checking in, I casually mentioned to the front desk attendant that my elderly family members are light sleepers and I was worried about noise at night. To my surprise, he took it to heart and immediately and thoughtfully upgraded us to a quiet room on a higher floor, free of charge. He was patient and gentle throughout the entire process, not perfunctory at all. He proactively and helpfully informed us about the elevator's location, breakfast times, and the parking lot entrances and exits. Worried that we might have trouble getting around at night, he specifically advised us on local road conditions and the hotel's nighttime services. The attention to detail was exceptional. I was exhausted from traveling late at night, but this unexpected, thoughtful service instantly cured my fatigue. Beyond the incredibly helpful front desk service, the hotel's overall quality was also excellent. The hotel environment is clean and grand, with public areas that are tidy, bright, clean, and odor-free, creating an overall quiet and comfortable atmosphere. The room's cleanliness was also very good; there was no dust in the corners, and the bedding was soft and pristine, making for a very reassuring stay. The room facilities were complete, the Wi-Fi speed was super fast, the hot water was stable, and the toiletries were clean and good to use, resulting in a very comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including meat, vegetables, pastries, drinks, and fresh fruit, all fresh and with a homely taste that didn't disappoint. The entire service team was highly professional, polite, attentive, and responsive. A good hotel isn't just about good hardware; what's even more rare is sincere and thoughtful service. The professionalism and gentleness of this front desk attendant made the entire trip exceptionally warm. It's incredibly good value for money and definitely worth recommending. I'll choose this hotel again for my next stay!"

"My child returned to familiar Shenyang for winter vacation. Cleanliness: Generally acceptable, but the seats and bed undercarriage could be improved for a more perfect experience. Environment: Located near the North Railway Station, its convenient transportation is a major selling point. Facilities: The heating was excellent even in the cold weather. Unfortunately, a previously damaged facility in the room had not been repaired to its original condition and was not strong enough, causing a slight scare during normal use. Luckily, no accidents occurred. I hope it will be improved next time. Service: 100% responsive. This will still be my first choice hotel when I return to Shenyang!!"

"It's very close to the exit, the cleaning lady is very nice, but the soundproofing in the room is really bad, the sound of the TV in the next room and the chat outside are all clear, the toilet is quite smart, it's warm when you sit on it, but the shower water is very cold, the water flow of the shower is not only very small, but also split in a mess, it's so cold that I can't take a shower at all. On the last day, my friend went to get a toothpick and poked it back to try it out, and it worked better"

"We stayed in the best family suite with two large beds, which the kids absolutely loved. It was very quiet, and the shower water was super hot. The staff were also very enthusiastic. Overall, this trip during the National Day holiday was great, except for the much higher room rate – it was double the usual price. Aside from the price, everything else was very satisfactory. Although the breakfast didn't have a huge variety, there was enough to fill up. Parking was very convenient with plenty of spaces downstairs. Ordering takeout was also easy, and it's close to the subway station. Even getting gas was convenient."
