Excellent location, right downstairs is Toutiao Hutong Food Street. It's close to Metro Line 1, making it super convenient to get to the Forbidden City and Zhangshi Shuai Mansion. The 5th-floor terrace offers a distant view of the Forbidden City and overlooks Middle Street. If you're driving, contact the hotel in advance for free parking. The room is clean and tidy, with a smart toilet and a separate wet/dry bathroom. There's even a robot for delivery service. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. A must-choose for any traveler!

Overall, it's pretty much like the pictures, just not quite as spacious as it appears. The location is super convenient; the subway station is just a few minutes' walk away, and there's a night market right downstairs, so food is easily accessible. The soundproofing from the windows is excellent, not noisy at all. The room also has a great, open view. The only downside is that showering isn't very convenient, as the hot water only lasts for about ten minutes or so. Apparently, all the water heaters in these apartments are like that, which is fine for a quick rinse in the summer. The furniture and facilities are a bit dated, and the cleanliness is just okay, but you get what you pay for. The main issue for me was the air freshener in the room; it really bothered me. My rhinitis makes me very sensitive to these kinds of scents, and I couldn't stand it at all. All in all, if you're looking for good value for money, it's a decent option.

The amenities were complete, not cheap at all, and the facilities were all there, including a smart toilet, air conditioning, a projector, and a membership card. The mattresses and pillows were also very comfortable, showing that the owner put a lot of thought into it. During my stay, the cleaning service was always available if there were any problems, and the customer service even gave me a bath sponge. For this price, it's incredibly comfortable near Shenyang North Railway Station.

The use of light colors and minimalistic furniture created an open and airy feel, setting a positive tone for my entire stay. My room was a haven of cleanliness. Every surface, from the floors to the tabletops, was immaculately clean. The bedding was soft and fresh, and the pillows provided just the right amount of support. But thanks to Yunshangju's reliable drop - off service, I didn't have to worry about a thing. The service was prompt, and the driver was friendly and professional. They made sure I reached the airport in plenty of time for my flight, allowing me to start my journey with peace of mind. The location is excellent, right in the city center, only about 200m from the subway station, making public transport very convenient. We drove, and while there are many free street parking spaces, they are incredibly difficult to find. Alternatively, there's an underground parking lot in the mall downstairs, which costs 5 yuan per hour with no daily maximum charge. The hotel was very clean, and the front desk was quick to respond to any requests. However, the bathroom being located upstairs was a bit inconvenient for quick tasks like washing hands or fruit after coming back from outside. Additionally, the bathroom had a noticeable and unpleasant sewage smell.

The room is big, new and clean and very comfortable lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, we love the views from our room window. What is most outstanding is the amount of helps the owner has provided to us during our stay:- 1. On the first day, we misplaced our international plug which means we cannot charge our phone, the owner helped to make purchases on our behalf and the plugs was delivered within an hour. 2. On the last day when we checked out, we dropped a watch when we boarded a taxi, however we only realised after 30 minutes, although we all knew it's very unlikely it will still be near the boarding area, we texted the owner again for help, and albeit skeptical that the watch will still be laying around, he helped to go personally to confirm that no watch is there. The service we received from this hotel is outstanding, we will definitely come back if we visit Shenyang again!!!

I stayed on floor 29 th. From the room I can see the beautiful view of the road below . Impressive view of Shenyang both in the morning and at night also. The room has area about 35 square metre approximately. Spacious room and well decorated beautifully. I feel comfortable to stay in the room for a long time . The facility in the room has quality as same as a 4 star hotel. Very big shopping mall ( new opening in year 2026) is very near on first floor to fifth floor . Subway station is on basement floor or B1 floor ( less than 100 meters ) Jinrong Zhongxin subway station ( Financial center metro station , Line 2 , Exit D ) This is the best location in Shenyang city , but I can pay in budget price ( great value for money ) not expensive , but convenient and comfortable. So I wish to stay only here again in the future if I travel Shenyang . From ShenyangBei ( Shenyang North) railway station I walk about 900 meters to the hotel on building C2 ,floor 29 . But you can come to hotel by subway line 2 ( just one stop only ) from ShenyangBei Zhan station to JinRongZhongXin station . Less than 3 minutes by subway ( only 1 stop )

The location is great, very close to Shenyang Station, which is super convenient for anyone catching a train from there the next day. There are also some restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so the basic amenities are pretty well covered. The room facilities are also quite complete, offering good value for money.

The location was excellent, being right beside the Financial Centre metro station and in walking distance to the ShenYang North railway station. It is also easy to walk to the one of the biggest morning markets if you just follow the GaoDe Map. I also walked to the nearest museum as the roads are easy to walk. Highly recommend this place for the location and the affordable room rate. There are a lot of restaurants, mini-marts, fruit shops right below the house. There’s also a mall within walking distance. There’s even a small gym nearby if you really can’t do without gym. There are 3 halal restaurants within 5min walk distance from the apartment. The room I got was spacious and well designed in my opinion. The pillars are made into a full body mirror which came as a surprise to me. The room got all that I needed for my week-long stay. The Internet wasn’t stable enough for video calls. Bring some ear plugs cos the quality of the walls are really thin. Service from the owner was professional and really prompt. This is critical in this line of business. This owner’s apartments appear to be much more in demand. (I gave up on another apartment by another owner and came here instead. The other owner in another block was a complete disappointment. That’s why I was happy to have found such a professional owner.) Overall, can’t ask for more with this apartment at this rate. Definitely beyond my expectation. 👍

What a surprise, I booked it for one day at first, fearing it would be uncomfortable. I didn't expect the boss and the front desk service to be so good. So I booked another day. The air conditioner in the middle room was broken, so the boss took the initiative to change the room. The cleaning lady was as warm and welcoming as a family member. She took such good care of our family that we felt embarrassed. The hotel is not far from anywhere and has its own parking lot. I had a great time staying in Shenyang this time. Thank you to all the hotel staff and thank you for your service.
