The front desk staff's attitude and efficiency were incredibly impressive! They first changed the children's breakfasts to adult ones (since the kids were over the age limit), and then, within their authority, offered a couple of complimentary drinks from the mini-fridge. I was incredibly touched. If 10 is a perfect score, I'd give the hotel a 9, but Faye at the front desk gets a perfect 10 from me! If all hotels had staff like this, traveling would be an absolute breeze!

This is a pet-friendly hotel, but the 350 RMB per night cleaning fee for pets is higher than many other hotels. It's indeed a nice place though, and the pet supplies provided were excellent, which I was very happy with. The rooftop garden for dog walking has a great environment, perfect for walking your dog morning and evening. My kids had a blast. As for the service, not having a dedicated butler felt a bit inconvenient. The food delivery speed was incredibly slow; I ordered at 10 PM and it arrived past 11:40 PM, and they even got the order wrong. Everyone was already asleep by then, haha. Breakfast was decent, and since we were staying multiple nights as a couple, we got one free. One more thing: the activities listed in the package on Trip.com were a complete mess. When I asked the front desk, they said they didn't know and told me to contact the merchant in the mall. When I called the merchant, they told me to ask the hotel! 😂😂😂 In the end, I figured out it wasn't a freebie anyway. Basically, the hotel and the mall merchants are tied together, and the promotional tactics are a bit annoying. Either offer it for free or don't list it. Every time I asked about something in my package, no one knew anything, and they weren't familiar with their own services. It wasted over ten minutes and spoiled my mood.

The hotel front desk staff, Ada, Elena, and Michael, provided attentive and thoughtful service. The check-in and check-out processes were efficient and smooth. The front desk staff were professional and polite, handling everything promptly. Despite a minor hiccup, overall everything was excellent. This hotel is perfectly suited for business trips and short stays. Highly recommended!

Finding the right hotel in Shenyang is so important! This time, I chose the Swissôtel by Accor, right by Qingnian Park metro station. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around. For around 500 RMB, it even offers a swimming pool. The best feature of the room is definitely the floor-to-ceiling window, which offers a fantastic city view of the TV Tower. The cityscape is really impressive, though I regret not taking night photos as I was out exploring. The room is also quite spacious, comes with a bathtub for relaxing, and the bed is very comfortable. My only complaint is that they didn't offer a birthday treat even though I checked in on my birthday.

Before going there, I was mainly attracted by the environment here, although it is a bit far from the city. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The decoration is the same as the picture. The bed is very big. It is rare to find such a big bed in other places. It is more than enough for three people. The front desk has a very good attitude and is very patient. They also provide separate slippers and toothbrushes for the baby. The parking lot is indeed very large. It's big, maybe because there are so many people during the Qingming Festival, it's not easy to find a parking space when we come back late. I ordered takeout the next morning and it was delivered by a robot. The child loved it and it was very novel. All in all, it was a satisfying trip. I will stay here again next time I come to Shenyang.

With two subway lines downstairs, getting around is a breeze; it's just six stops from Shenyang Station. Overall, it was a great stay. The front desk staff greeted us with smiles during check-in, and the duty manager proactively added me on WeChat, ensuring any issues during our stay were promptly communicated and resolved – very efficient. The restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes, with plenty of choices and good flavors. Our room featured a separate wet and dry bathroom, and the marble countertops gave it a luxurious and grand feel. I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I'm in the area.

Checked in quite late that day, but the front desk was still able to process it. The location is excellent, less than a five-minute walk to the Shenyang Imperial Palace, and also very close to the subway station. The room's air conditioning system worked great, providing excellent ventilation.
