From the excellent location, comfortable stay, and dining services to the professional attitude of the staff, everything spoke of high-quality, thoughtful service. A special shout-out to Xiao Jia at the front desk, whose warmth and attentiveness truly enhanced my trip.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Youth Street, offering extremely convenient access to Shenyang Station, Taoxian Airport, and landmarks like MixC and the City Library. The subway station is within walking distance, and there are numerous bus routes nearby, making it ideal for both business travelers and tourists.
🏨 Comfortable Stay
The rooms are designed in a minimalist modern style, clean and tidy. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. The bathroom features a separate wet and dry area, a full range of toiletries, and even a smart toilet – details that highlight quality throughout. The view from the window is expansive, and the city nightscape is beautiful.

The breakfast selection is extensive, combining Chinese and Western options. There are local specialties like porridge and small dishes, as well as Western breads, salads, and a freshly prepared noodle station. The ingredients are fresh, the taste is good, and the staff are quick to replenish items. The environment is bright and clean, setting a great tone for the day.

Xiao Jia at the front desk provided outstanding service. She greeted me warmly upon check-in and proactively introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding transportation. When she learned I needed a late checkout, she actively coordinated and quickly resolved the issue. Her constant friendly smile made me feel very welcome. This kind of sincere and attentive service truly reflects the hotel's professionalism and warmth.
Overall, my stay was very pleasant and offered great value for money. Whether for a business trip or leisure travel, Mercure Shenyang Youth Street is a highly recommended choice. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shenyang!

SSuyicThe room is spacious and tidy, with very good lighting and a great view. The most important thing is the hair dryer, which is actually from Dyson. The breakfast is also very good. There are many varieties combining Chinese and Western. You can go to the gym to exercise if you are full. If you can’t sleep, you can go for a walk in the park downstairs. Xiaoyu Xiaoqi at the front desk is very satisfied with the service.

AAnonymous UserEvery time I go on a business trip, I like to stay in this quiet Atour Light Residence in a bustling city. The location is very convenient, very close to the subway entrance, and there are many snacks around, which is very convenient for both work and life. In terms of the check-in experience, the service attitude of the lady at the front desk was also very good and the room was very simple. Suggestions: First, only a few rooms are equipped with refrigerators, and most rooms do not have them. In the hot summer, a small refrigerator in each room will greatly improve the quality of stay. Second, I hope the payment method can be like Jinan Atour, where you can place an order online and pay by credit card at the front desk, because there are standard check-in restrictions for business travelers and they need to swipe a credit card receipt. I hope this can be adjusted when I check in again. Thank you!

DDayuxiaodiAs a local couple from Shenyang who have experienced various hotels, Conrad is the only one we keep coming back to. It truly sets the benchmark for hotels in Northeast China! 👍 The dining, service, gym, pool, and views are all top-notch in Shenyang. We chose Conrad again for our anniversary.
The executive lounge benefits for two included delicious afternoon tea pastries, drinks, and cookies. Dinner was quite substantial, featuring curry lamb, seasonal vegetables, and freshly made noodles, along with several cocktails – definitely worth a staycation.
This was our first time bringing our child, and we discovered Conrad's solid wood kids' play area, which is really well-made and quite rare. I'm not a fan of ball pits; they don't seem very hygienic or safe. Our baby had a great time here, and it was relaxing for us parents too. The space is large and safe, truly worth bringing kids to. This setup allows one parent to take care of the child while the other enjoys swimming or working out, which is a lifesaver!
Conrad's swimming pool is a must-visit for me. The 28.5℃ constant temperature pool has an amazing environment and view. The gym is professional, clean, and very high-end, with an open layout rather than being cramped. You can work out every body part, and they've even added new equipment – fantastic! 👍
The executive rooms feature a round bathtub by the window, offering incredible views from the 80+ floor. You can even bring your favorite bubble bath.
The breakfast beef noodles are excellent! 👍 The roujiamo and sauerkraut pies are quite unique. The lunch roasted duck is great! 👍 And they offer salmon.
Finally, a huge thank you to Steven, Sarah, and Vera for their warm and thoughtful service. They were incredibly responsive to all our requests. The service at Conrad Shenyang is truly its soul! 👍 I recommend it to everyone visiting Shenyang.

GGuest UserI have to give a perfect score to Alisa, the Guest Relations Manager at Hilton Shenyang Shimao! Her professionalism and thoughtfulness completely won me over during this stay. She proactively contacted me before check-in to understand my needs in detail and arranged a high-floor city view room for me in advance, which had an amazing view. The check-in process was efficient and friendly; she patiently answered all my questions and thoughtfully recommended local Shenyang delicacies and sightseeing routes, making me, a first-time visitor, feel incredibly welcome.
Throughout my stay, Alisa constantly checked in on my experience, proactively bringing welcome fruits and comforting tea. When a minor issue arose, she coordinated a quick and excellent resolution immediately. Her service was attentive yet unobtrusive; every detail showed her dedication. From check-in to check-out, I felt respected and cared for the entire time.
The hotel boasts an excellent location, complete facilities, and clean, comfortable rooms, but Alisa's service was truly the biggest highlight. She exemplified Hilton's hospitality with her professionalism and sincerity, making my trip to Shenyang exceptionally pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenyang, and be sure to seek out Alisa – you won't be disappointed! Five-star review, I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang!

SSachiLeeBefore going there, I was mainly attracted by the environment here, although it is a bit far from the city. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The decoration is the same as the picture. The bed is very big. It is rare to find such a big bed in other places. It is more than enough for three people. The front desk has a very good attitude and is very patient. They also provide separate slippers and toothbrushes for the baby. The parking lot is indeed very large. It's big, maybe because there are so many people during the Qingming Festival, it's not easy to find a parking space when we come back late. I ordered takeout the next morning and it was delivered by a robot. The child loved it and it was very novel. All in all, it was a satisfying trip. I will stay here again next time I come to Shenyang.

The body scale ran out of power and could not be used. Not far from the highway exit, convenient for entering and leaving the city. Parking is also convenient. The hotel's restaurant is very convenient.

With the assistance of the nice colleague, then she rudely tried to bring me there by no apology. I am disgusted her, she had made my days very bad vibes. I travel around China, her manner is out of Chinese reception's standard.
