This hotel offers incredible value for money! The service is warm and attentive, and it's super convenient for dining and shopping nearby. Even food deliveries can be brought right to your room. They really pay attention to the details, and I highly recommend it to friends. The room has a fully integrated smart assistant (Xiao Du), and it's close to the subway station, making getting around a breeze. Definitely worth recommending! The WiFi was consistently fast throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, and the overall environment was comfortable. I highly recommend it to any traveler.

It’s a really convenient location that’s within a 5 min walk to the subway station entrance and next door they have a luckin coffee in the Maoye building. The suite room was very big and had a good view of the city and Qing nian street. The room was tidy and they provided soft slippers and robes. Service was great and they would bring our takeout orders to the door. Their fridge was stocked with their own tea bottles, Coke, and 2 bottles of water. They also had their own 2 bags of drip coffee and loose leaf teas. Overall it was a very comfortable stay and we’d recommend Atour hotel.

Great location, very close to the North Station. The front desk staff were helpful and answered all my questions. I booked three days in advance, and the room reserved met my requirements. It was clean, tidy, very spacious, and the temperature was just right. It was also very quiet. The hotel breakfast was plentiful. All in all, excellent.

Staying here was super convenient for my visa appointment in Shenyang. We even walked there since taxis were basically shut down due to the heavy rain. There's a supermarket downstairs that sells Crocs, and the hotel provides large umbrellas, which was a lifesaver. Breakfast was a nice touch, and the bedding was really comfortable. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, making for a quiet night's sleep. As a former Level 2 manager at Shangri-La Group myself, I truly understand the challenges of hotel operations and how hard the staff works. This hotel is clearly well-managed.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the room. It's on a high floor with a great view. The front desk staff, Clara, Stone, Peter, and Vivan, all provided excellent and professional service. The other departments also maintained a high standard. The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to get around. It has comprehensive facilities, with a shopping mall right downstairs and close proximity to various attractions. It offers excellent value for money.

Returned to Le Méridien Shenyang, Heping, and once again, it was a truly comfortable and generous experience. The service was incredibly accommodating and efficient; they upgraded my room after a quick chat. The welcome fruit was delicious, and all the welcome amenities were perfectly arranged. Both the breakfast and the executive lounge standards were above average. The 23rd-floor lounge, in particular, was quiet with a comfortable view, and the afternoon tea and evening happy hour offered convenient food and drinks. It was a really pleasant spot to relax during my travels or business downtime. The room itself was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is also convenient for getting around and shopping. All my membership benefits were genuinely provided without any shortcuts or compromises, showing real sincerity towards high-tier members. This will definitely be my top choice when visiting Shenyang again; I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel environment is comfortable and pleasant. The lobby bar is a great place to sit down for tea and dessert. There's also a lively beer bar on the first floor with a band playing. The hotel's location is excellent and convenient for getting around; you can reach it right after exiting at Qingnian Park Metro Station. I'd like to commend Yolanda at the front desk for her excellent service – her professional, thoughtful, and efficient service approach is fantastic.

I previously stayed at Somerset Dalian Development Zone and had a fantastic experience. It's quite rare to find a serviced apartment hotel in a provincial capital, especially one with a two-bedroom suite over 100 square meters, near a bustling commercial area and right next to a high-speed train station. This unit boasts two bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, and an open-plan kitchen (fully equipped with bedding and tableware). The two bedrooms are also spaced apart, providing independent and undisturbed resting spaces for two generations, while still feeling like home. The hotel offers a private cinema, a kids' club, a gym, a billiards room, a golf simulator, a relaxation terrace, meeting rooms, a spa, and more. What's particularly thoughtful and convenient is the extended self-service breakfast hours, catering to different breakfast schedules. You can rest, work, and entertain without leaving the hotel. The location is right next to a busy commercial hub. The service, from the restaurant to the guest rooms and front desk, is impeccable – warm and attentive. This will definitely be my go-to hotel next time I visit Shenyang. Just a few minor suggestions: The navigation location isn't very accurate. The hotel entrance isn't very noticeable. The interior design of the terrace is great, but the external view is a bit contrasting and the air quality isn't the best. I hope these can be improved to make the experience even better.

Atour is always my first choice for business trips! The location is superb, right by the subway, making getting around incredibly convenient. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the mattress had just the right firmness, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I could fall asleep soundly after a busy day. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were high quality. Complimentary tea bags and mineral water were also provided. The Bamboo House library in the lobby had a wonderful, peaceful, and healing atmosphere, giving the whole place a rich cultural vibe. The value for money is outstanding, it's perfect for business travelers. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Shenyang was the second stop on my Northeast China free-and-easy trip, and I booked this hotel. The lobby seems to be on the 7th floor. The hotel's location is prime, right in the city center. I expected it to be noisy, but it was surprisingly quiet. The breakfast had a great variety, which is a big plus. The hygiene and environment were also good. Downstairs, you're right on the pedestrian street, and you can simply walk to the Marshal Zhang's Mansion and the Imperial Palace.
