LLanJiangFrom the moment we stepped into the hotel reception, we knew we’d made the right choice. The brand-new property, adorned with lovely pastel tones, exuded a contemporary and fresh vibe that instantly lifted our spirits.
Our room was spotlessly clean and wonderfully comfortable. The efficient layout maximized the space so well that it felt much larger than expected—a clever design that left us truly impressed. Despite the hotel’s prime location in the heart of the city, the room was blissfully quiet.
One thoughtful feature we especially appreciated was the self-service laundry facility. The machines were top-notch, making it incredibly easy to freshen up our clothes mid-trip.
The hotel location is what truly sets this hotel apart. Situated right on Zhongjie Pedestrian Street, we were steps away from all the action, with iconic attractions like Mukden Palace and Zhang Mansion just a short walk away. Evenings were a highlight for us—taking the escalator down from the hotel and immediately stepping into the vibrant street atmosphere was such a treat.
This hotel offers incredible value for money, seamlessly combining comfort, convenience, and a prime location. It’s a gem we’d highly recommend to anyone visiting the area—we couldn’t have asked for more!

GGuest UserThis is my second stay at this hotel, which really speaks to how much I appreciate it. My last visit to Shenyang and my stay here were excellent, so I decided to book again. This time, I even opted for a larger room with a bathtub. What I love most about this place is that it's a 4-star hotel in the city center, yet the price is lower than some 3-star chain hotels. And the service and facilities? Absolutely top-notch. The room I booked this time was very spacious and well-designed. It had a bathtub, which I didn't get to use, but maybe next time! I particularly appreciate that their bath towels and regular towels come in individual, disposable bags. I really like that detail. All in all, I'll most likely choose this hotel again when I'm back in Shenyang.

Cons:
-We put up the Do Not Disturb sign (and tripled checked it) because we had done laundry, and the room was disorganized and had personal items hang drying. They came and cleaned our room and removed the sign.
-We had a packaged delivered to the hotel and showed them the tracking info on the Chinese receipt. They brought us the wrong package and then tried to tell us ours was delivered to the wrong hotel. Another guest helped translate and then they called the number on the tracking receipt. The receipt had the name of the employee at their hotel that signed for the package, which we tried to point out. After the phone call. They went and brought out my package. It had the tracking number clearly displayed so I'm really not sure why they couldn't originally find it.
-we checked out and were waiting in the lobby until we could go to the airport. My partner asked if there was a bathroom she could use. They told us they dont have a public bathroom and wouldn't let her go up to the floor with the bathrooms...after we just spent a lot of money at their hotel. It was pretty shocking after staying at many hotels much more friendly.
-the location wasn't terrible but there were no sidewalks and lots of barriers up so it was hard to get our luggage to the hotel.
Overall, we would not stay at this hotel again.

DDayuxiaodiAs a local couple from Shenyang who have experienced various hotels, Conrad is the only one we keep coming back to. It truly sets the benchmark for hotels in Northeast China! 👍 The dining, service, gym, pool, and views are all top-notch in Shenyang. We chose Conrad again for our anniversary.
The executive lounge benefits for two included delicious afternoon tea pastries, drinks, and cookies. Dinner was quite substantial, featuring curry lamb, seasonal vegetables, and freshly made noodles, along with several cocktails – definitely worth a staycation.
This was our first time bringing our child, and we discovered Conrad's solid wood kids' play area, which is really well-made and quite rare. I'm not a fan of ball pits; they don't seem very hygienic or safe. Our baby had a great time here, and it was relaxing for us parents too. The space is large and safe, truly worth bringing kids to. This setup allows one parent to take care of the child while the other enjoys swimming or working out, which is a lifesaver!
Conrad's swimming pool is a must-visit for me. The 28.5℃ constant temperature pool has an amazing environment and view. The gym is professional, clean, and very high-end, with an open layout rather than being cramped. You can work out every body part, and they've even added new equipment – fantastic! 👍
The executive rooms feature a round bathtub by the window, offering incredible views from the 80+ floor. You can even bring your favorite bubble bath.
The breakfast beef noodles are excellent! 👍 The roujiamo and sauerkraut pies are quite unique. The lunch roasted duck is great! 👍 And they offer salmon.
Finally, a huge thank you to Steven, Sarah, and Vera for their warm and thoughtful service. They were incredibly responsive to all our requests. The service at Conrad Shenyang is truly its soul! 👍 I recommend it to everyone visiting Shenyang.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is super convenient; you can see it right from North Station and even access it directly via an underground passage. Subway Lines 2 and 4 are right downstairs, making transportation a breeze. Taxis can also drop you off directly at the hotel entrance. Breakfast is available, though the variety is pretty standard. They also offered a complimentary business lunch or dinner, which had limited options, but it was enough to fill you up. The room looked exactly like the pictures, but the cleanliness details weren't great and definitely need improvement.

2205105****The space is incredibly spacious, perfect for a family reunion. The service was very attentive, always on call. The breakfast had a great variety, offering good value for money. The room temperature was comfortable, and there was even a humidifier. The location is very close to Shenyang Railway Station, offering a glimpse into the city planning of yesteryear. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to experience the 9th-floor spa this time, but I hope to stay here again on my next trip to Shenyang.

Facilities: Everything you could need is there, including a washing machine and kitchenware, which were very convenient.
Service: Enthusiastic front desk staff, as well as friendly restaurant and housekeeping personnel.
Environment: There's a pedestrian street right downstairs, which is very convenient.

NNk597Qinghe Peninsula Hot Spring Resort truly exceeded my expectations! The water play area is spacious and elegant, with a wide variety of pools. Enjoying a hot spring under the starry sky at night was incredibly romantic. The room was clean, bright, and well-equipped, and the bed was so comfortable I slept soundly all night. The staff were warm and attentive, especially our butler, Xiao Hui, who patiently answered all our questions – so thoughtful and kind. The hotel also provided dinner vouchers, hot spring tickets, and fish therapy vouchers, making it fantastic value for money! I'll definitely be back!

Location wise it is great. Few steps to subway only.
Service wise - there is no front desk. You got to collect the keys according to instructions sent over wechat. The person could have sent instruction early to prevent customers getting lost at what to do.
Cleanliness - bedsheet is clean. But mattress is not. Make my skin itchy as hell.
Amenities - there is a 24 hr mart down below which is very convenient.

CChan JKI boarded a taxi from the railway station, the driver not really know where's this hotel. Upon reaching the hotel is rather late and when I stepped into the hotel around 11pm plus, there's no one at the counter. My stay was at the 4 floor whereby now is under renovation, surprisingly there's no notice from the hotel to inform that. Overall I happy satisfied with my one night stay. The room wall both lights was not secured By the way, I am happy with the breakfast and the service staff at the breakfast area. Still have room to improve, if you ask me would I recommend to friends, my answer is ”YES”
