It is a surprise find: a wonderful clean, new hotel at a prime location in the city center next to the old palace and shopping center. It is close to everything. We feel the hotel is 4*+, with gym, laundry and a good breakfast service…wonderful coffee and plenty choice of mixture of Chinese and international food. The room is good size, with modern sound controlled (in Chinese and hope it could be more international) electronics. Robot room service. All we feel and hope the hotel can keep up their hard work and quality. Highly recommended and will stay there again next time.

The subway station is also just a few minutes' walk away. Even better, it's super close to the Forbidden City and Marshal Zhang's Mansion, so you can sightsee during the day and hit the night markets later, then head back to the hotel without any detours. Choosing this hotel for my trip saved so much hassle.

New hotel with a slight lingering smell, but it wasn't strong. I'm quite sensitive to smells, though my family didn't notice anything. The family room was very spacious, and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. Breakfast offered a great variety. My only minor complaint was that the room was quite cold when we first entered, but then it got too warm later. The heating was a bit tricky to adjust, or maybe it's just us 'southern sweet potatoes' not knowing how to use it properly, haha. The surrounding area is lively, and it's within walking distance to Middle Street. We had a comfortable stay and even extended for four more nights, which shows how much we liked it!

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was spacious and bright, the bed was very comfortable, the neighborhood was nice, and although it was quite cold outside, the room was warm and cozy. The price was also very reasonable, making it a great deal. I would highly recommend it.
