My stay was very enjoyable. The hotel's public areas were clean and elegant. The room layout was well-designed, making it feel spacious, and the bathroom facilities worked perfectly with no standing water or stains. The staff were polite and enthusiastic. There was ample parking, which made getting around easy. Overall, it's highly recommended. The actual experience largely matched the advertisements, with no sense of disappointment. The room was spotlessly cleaned, and the pillows and mattress had just the right firmness, leading to excellent sleep quality. The internet connection was smooth, and check-in/check-out was efficient. There are many dining options nearby, making it a very comfortable base for travel and sightseeing.

Opened in March, the toothbrush cups already have a lot of scratches. I suggest not using these plastic cups anymore. The breakfast has a good variety, with freshly made rice noodle rolls and small noodles, among other things. I arrived at the hotel at 8 PM, and the front desk upgraded my inner-facing room to an outer-facing one for free. The downside is that it's next to the road, so there's some traffic noise. The front desk also informed me that the neighboring room was undergoing renovations from 9 AM to 5 PM and offered earplugs. However, my sleep quality is pretty good, and I was leaving by 9 AM anyway, so I didn't need the earplugs. The laundry service was also very convenient. Overall, the service is good. I would consider staying here again for transfers on my way home.

The hotel's location is pretty good; it's a short walk to Fengtian BBQ. The underground parking is on the third level down, which can be a bit confusing the first time, and there are no charging stations. Other than that, everything else is great! The staff are very warm and patient, which is really nice. It's definitely a hotel I'd want to visit again.

Five-star review! The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and proactively upgraded our room. Housekeeping was super responsive and attended to our needs immediately. The hotel is within walking distance of the Color TV Tower Night Market, making it incredibly convenient for food, drinks, and entertainment. Our experience was so great that we extended our stay. Highly recommended! The Kiki rooms are perfect for families.

I visited Shenyang during the May Day holiday and stayed at Atour Hotel, and I was genuinely touched by their hospitality. When I checked in, the front desk attendant was incredibly thoughtful. She proactively offered me a warm tea, which was instantly comforting. Because there was road construction near the hotel, and they were concerned it might disturb my rest, they even provided earplugs and an eye mask – their attention to detail was exceptional. She also enthusiastically recommended local Shenyang attractions and delicious nearby eateries, explaining the routes and specialties clearly, saving me a lot of hassle in planning my trip. The entire stay was incredibly comfortable; you could really feel their genuine care, unlike a run-of-the-mill service. This stay was definitely worth it, and I'll definitely choose Atour again next time I'm in Shenyang.

Every time I visit Shenyang, I stay at Meihai Lizhi. The room suits us perfectly. Sometimes, it's not about the price, but about finding a place that fits your needs. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get around. My child has plenty of space to sleep, and I appreciate having a window for ventilation. This time, the room I usually prefer wasn't available, but they upgraded me, which was a nice touch. They also provided a welcome fruit platter, which was a pleasant surprise. I'd be even happier if the cleanliness could be improved. Hoping for an even better experience next time.

I previously stayed at Somerset Dalian Development Zone and had a fantastic experience. It's quite rare to find a serviced apartment hotel in a provincial capital, especially one with a two-bedroom suite over 100 square meters, near a bustling commercial area and right next to a high-speed train station. This unit boasts two bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, and an open-plan kitchen (fully equipped with bedding and tableware). The two bedrooms are also spaced apart, providing independent and undisturbed resting spaces for two generations, while still feeling like home. The hotel offers a private cinema, a kids' club, a gym, a billiards room, a golf simulator, a relaxation terrace, meeting rooms, a spa, and more. What's particularly thoughtful and convenient is the extended self-service breakfast hours, catering to different breakfast schedules. You can rest, work, and entertain without leaving the hotel. The location is right next to a busy commercial hub. The service, from the restaurant to the guest rooms and front desk, is impeccable – warm and attentive. This will definitely be my go-to hotel next time I visit Shenyang. Just a few minor suggestions: The navigation location isn't very accurate. The hotel entrance isn't very noticeable. The interior design of the terrace is great, but the external view is a bit contrasting and the air quality isn't the best. I hope these can be improved to make the experience even better.

The hotel's decor is outdated, and the facilities are severely aged. The carpets have a strong odor, and the towels are tattered. The overall hygiene is concerning, especially the public restrooms on the first floor, which were absolutely unbearable and a terrible sight. Parking was a major issue; the underground parking was severely insufficient, and the above-ground lot was located within a residential complex, forcing us to park on the roadside where there was no management. When I called the front desk for assistance, the staff member was unhelpful and extremely impatient, showing a complete lack of professionalism. The elevators are small, incredibly slow, and there are only three of them. During peak hours, the wait for an elevator was excessively long, especially since they are shared with office building residents and businesses. The hotel lobby entrance was also chaotic, with delivery scooters parked haphazardly everywhere. All of these issues are seriously inconsistent with the hotel's brand image.
