5-Star Hotels in Shenyang

Attending a conference at the New World Expo Center, I chose to stay here because the Expo Center was fully booked. It's a convenient 5-minute taxi ride to the venue on the way there. However, on the way back, taxis have to take a detour, so walking is actually faster, taking about 15-20 minutes. The breakfast spread was very rich. **Environment:** Located on Youth Street, with a nice garden next to it, and good greenery overall. **Service:** I had a king-size bed room for the first night. When I extended my stay for the second night, the front desk made it easy, and I didn't need to switch rooms. **Hygiene:** The swimming pool is quite large, but it didn't look very clean, and there was water everywhere in the changing rooms.

The hotel is next to Beiling Park and is located in a garden with good greenery. The rooms are not big and the layout is compact. I would like to talk about the service in detail: First of all, the service at the hotel front desk is very good. The front desk manager also sent us to the room. Thank you very much! The room service is not satisfactory! We stayed for two consecutive days, and the cleaning lady threw away the food I bought the day before as garbage! The cleaning lady threw away the guests' food and was embarrassed to ask the aunt to compensate. It was quite disgusting! Secondly, the slippers for the second night were not put for us. I called the room service to ask for slippers. The lady in the room service didn't believe it and asked me to look for it in the room. The cleaning lady didn't put the slippers. I called after looking for it! I asked the room service to bring two bottles of water when she sent the slippers. The lady also told me that there were only two bottles of water in one room, and then she said as a charity that she would make an exception and give me two more bottles... Isn't this a five-star hotel? Hotels above four stars can add water for free! Even if you stay in a three-star hotel like Home Inn, you can ask for more water if it's not enough. Do you think that guests in high-end hotels have to drive out to the supermarket to buy water if they don't have enough water? There was a young girl serving the room very well, but the older one had a sullen face and an unpleasant attitude!

My stay at Le Méridien Shenyang, Heping exceeded my expectations. The hotel was meticulously clean, the bedding was very comfortable, and the room was spotless. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and check-in was very efficient. Any issues were communicated and resolved promptly, especially by the service manager, Joyce, who handled things with great professionalism. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and its location made getting around very convenient. It's truly perfect for both leisure and business travelers. Highly recommended!

My partner and I came to Shenyang to celebrate our anniversary, and staying at the Swissotel, we were truly touched by Eric from the concierge team. Before I even arrived, he proactively contacted me to ask if I had any special requests. I casually mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary, and he didn't say anything at the time. However, when we entered the room, there was already a handwritten blessing card on the table. My partner was incredibly surprised and said the trip was totally worth it. Throughout our stay, he was consistently attentive. When we asked for recommendations on where to eat or explore, his suggestions were always practical and genuine, not just generic info you could find online. One evening, we returned late, and he even specifically asked if we had a good time and if we needed help calling a taxi. And the room was also fantastic. The floor-to-ceiling windows on a high floor overlooked the lake view of Youth Park. It was especially beautiful when the lights came on at night, even more stunning than in the photos. This kind of service isn't just routine politeness; it's genuinely caring about the guests' needs. Next time I'm in Shenyang, I'll definitely stay here again and be sure to look for Eric!

This trip to Shenyang, I stayed at the New York Vista Hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near Taiyuan Street metro station in the city center, surrounded by large shopping malls like Wanda and Zhongxing, making transportation, shopping, and dining incredibly convenient. While the hotel's exterior isn't particularly striking, the lobby inside is very grand. Although it's an older hotel, it's well-maintained. I'm grateful to the front desk receptionist for upgrading me to a spacious room. The kind and friendly housekeeping staff on the 17th floor of Building A always greeted me warmly, making me feel right at home. As a high-star hotel for business travelers, I would have been even more satisfied if the room carpets were a bit cleaner, the room door closed more easily, and an extra bottle of drinking water was provided during the hot weather. Regarding dining, the breakfast selection was quite extensive. If butter and jam were offered, it would be even more satisfying for guests accustomed to cheese and bread. The #8 dark roast freshly ground coffee served for breakfast was too bitter; a #6 roast might attract more fans. Overall, minor imperfections aside, I would definitely return to the New York Vista Hotel on my next visit to Shenyang.

Let's start with the positives: I always stay here when I come for concerts. It's very close to the stadium, which is super convenient. Wanda Plaza is right downstairs, and there's a snack street at night. Parking is relatively easy, and the service is great; they even upgraded my floor! Now for the less satisfactory points: I rarely leave negative reviews, but I really have to speak up about Wanda. Compared to other hotels of the same price and caliber, I can overlook it being a bit old, given it's a 2013 hotel. But you can't have things broken! That Grohe showerhead is completely damaged and hasn't been fixed. Don't they do regular checks? Is it acceptable if only one of the two heads works?? There were no welcome fruits, and the Coke in the mini-fridge was charged... Even budget hotels costing over 300 RMB offer free Coke in the fridge... To the manager who decided to charge for it, aren't you embarrassed? Also, Ctrip, you should really check out what perks people get when booking this hotel through other platforms like 'Xianyu' (free breakfast for two, 4 PM late checkout, executive lounge access, welcome fruits) for the same price. If you don't negotiate some upgraded member benefits, everyone will just book elsewhere... It's really bad!

We had a wonderful stay at Longemont Hotel Shenyang! Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The room was very clean, quiet, comfortable, and cozy. The bed was soft. The location is very convenient. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the airport, and only 10–15 minutes by taxi to the city center. A taxi usually costs around 12 RMB. There are also several large shopping malls and food courts nearby, so it is easy to find great food and do some shopping. The hotel has a free swimming pool, a fitness center, and a laundry room, which made our stay even more comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. We really felt comfortable and relaxed during our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely choose Longemont Hotel Shenyang again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

After I contacted the front desk, Alina, the duty manager, quickly came to my room to understand the situation. She listened patiently to my concerns with a gentle and sincere attitude, immediately offered a reasonable solution, and actively coordinated with various departments throughout the process to efficiently resolve the problem. During our conversation, she thoughtfully noted my needs, proactively and kindly asked about my stay experience, and continuously reassured me. Her calm and professional approach made me feel completely at ease. What could have been a slightly unpleasant incident was entirely smoothed over by Alina's thorough and appropriate handling, dispelling all my worries. Aside from her excellent complaint resolution skills, the hotel itself was commendable in all aspects. The lobby decor was grand and elegant, the environment was consistently clean and tidy, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff handled check-in efficiently and quickly, providing warm and courteous service and clearly explaining all my check-in benefits. The guest rooms were meticulously cleaned, every corner was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a peaceful rest. The self-service breakfast offered a rich variety, with Chinese and Western dishes, fresh fruits, and beverages all available. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was excellent. The hotel's public areas were well-maintained, and the fitness area was fully equipped, meeting all leisure needs. Staff members I encountered in passing would always greet me, contributing to a great service atmosphere. A quality hotel relies not only on complete hardware facilities but also on responsible managers who can empathize with guests. Alina didn't shirk her responsibilities, handled situations calmly, resolved problems from the guest's perspective, and enhanced the stay experience with her warm service. Whether for business travel or leisure accommodation, this hotel is highly recommended. The water activities, sauna, and accommodation experience were all superb! The overall environment was clean and tidy, and the water park had a great variety of attractions, making for a really enjoyable time in the water. The sauna area offered many different types, and I felt incredibly relaxed after a soak. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and I had a great rest. It's a one-stop shop for eating, drinking, playing, and staying, saving you from back-and-forth travel. The service was also excellent, offering great value for money. It's suitable for friends and family alike, and I'll definitely be back next time.

Wonderful hotel in Shenyang which is located next to the highway near the BMW plant, perfect for those who prefer driving or traveling by car. This hotel is also next to an interesting ant-themed amusement park, a China-Germany street, a BMX bike & skate park, as well as a huge ecological park with a winding river & islands which makes for a breathtakingly beautiful view from the room. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with excellent facilities including a large indoor pool, gym & a delicious breakfast buffet in the mornings. We also saw a lovely wedding event & photoshoot being held here! Special thanks to Marie & Cici for making our stay so memorable, we were very pleased with everything & would definitely recommend this hotel.
