1. **Excellent Location, Easy Transportation:** The hotel is perfectly situated right next to Qingnian Street Metro Station, just a few minutes' walk away. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, whether by taxi or subway. Plus, it's right next to MixC shopping mall, offering a wide array of shopping and dining options, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers.
2. **Spacious and Comfortable Rooms:** The guest rooms are generously sized and well-appointed. The bedding and mattress are quite comfortable, perfect for families or extended stays.
3. **Excellent Hallway Soundproofing:** Even when people are passing by or talking in the hallway, the soundproofing in the room is excellent, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep.
4. **Reliable Security:** The security measures are effective; you need a key card to access the elevators, which gives great peace of mind, especially at night.
5. **Varied Breakfast with Plenty of Western Options:** The Western breakfast items (like bread, eggs, bacon, etc.) are of good quality and meet basic needs. There's also a decent selection of Chinese dishes.

1. **Lack of Enthusiasm from Restaurant Staff:** The servers were slow to respond and lacked proactive service. Their attitude was cold, which falls short of the service standards expected from the Hilton brand.
2. **Serious and Disappointing Room Cleanliness Issues:**
* **Uncleaned Wardrobe Stains:** Upon checking in at night, even with dim lighting, we could clearly see large, uncleaned dragon fruit stains in the wardrobe. The color residue was obvious, suggesting a superficial cleaning job.
* **Trash Left on Windowsill:** There were potato chip crumbs from a previous guest left on the windowsill, along with noticeable dust accumulation. The attention to detail in cleaning was completely lacking.

RRAYMOND KWON YOUNGLocation is O.K., as the hotel is close to both airport as well as shopping mall. Breakfast is O.K., but nothing great. The worst part is the air conditioning in the room; the hotel has fixed it to 24 degrees and no matter how you try to adjust it in the room, the temperature could not be changed.

From the moment I walked in, I could feel the high-quality service. Amanda was warm and thoughtful, making the check-in process quick and efficient. She even thoughtfully upgraded my room, showing professional attention to detail.
The room experience was impeccable, and the view was great too. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the amenities were standard for a hotel of this caliber, making for a very pleasant stay. The soundproofing in the room was also excellent, ensuring a quality night's sleep.
The hotel's location is also very convenient, being close to Shenyang North Railway Station, which is perfect for both business trips and sightseeing.
Overall, the Shenyang Marriott Hotel excels in its facilities, service quality, dining, and location. Next time I come to Shenyang, this will definitely be my first choice! I highly recommend it to all friends visiting Shenyang.

GGuest UserWe arrived on the fourth day of the ***** New Year. We left Beijing after lunch, and the drive was smooth with no traffic, as the Jingha Expressway renovations were finally complete. We stopped for some BBQ in Jinzhou in the evening and reached Shenyang by night. The hotel's location is super convenient; it's just a 10-minute walk from Shenyang Railway Station, and there's a subway station downstairs. Taiyuan Street Pedestrian Street is right next door. We could have walked to the large Yonglihui bathhouse in about 10 minutes (but we skipped it, fearing it would be too crowded, and went to a smaller one nearby instead). A taxi to Xita took just over 10 minutes. So, getting around was a breeze! The hotel has an underground parking lot, though the spaces were a bit narrow. Parking was free during our stay. While the room decor felt a bit dated, all the facilities were in good working order. No issues with damage, strange smells, or leaks. The hot water was plentiful and the showerhead worked perfectly, making everything comfortable to use. The front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Oh, and there's a convenience store right across the street with reasonably priced items. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time.

I would like to talk about the service in detail:
First of all, the service at the hotel front desk is very good. The front desk manager also sent us to the room. Thank you very much!
The room service is not satisfactory! We stayed for two consecutive days, and the cleaning lady threw away the food I bought the day before as garbage! The cleaning lady threw away the guests' food and was embarrassed to ask the aunt to compensate. It was quite disgusting!
Secondly, the slippers for the second night were not put for us. I called the room service to ask for slippers. The lady in the room service didn't believe it and asked me to look for it in the room. The cleaning lady didn't put the slippers. I called after looking for it! I asked the room service to bring two bottles of water when she sent the slippers. The lady also told me that there were only two bottles of water in one room, and then she said as a charity that she would make an exception and give me two more bottles...
Isn't this a five-star hotel? Hotels above four stars can add water for free! Even if you stay in a three-star hotel like Home Inn, you can ask for more water if it's not enough. Do you think that guests in high-end hotels have to drive out to the supermarket to buy water if they don't have enough water?
There was a young girl serving the room very well, but the older one had a sullen face and an unpleasant attitude!

Cleanliness: Same as above.
Ambiance: The room layout is noticeably more rational. Funnily enough, the first time I stayed at a Hyatt, I couldn't even find the restroom! Renaissance hotels, it seems, don't go for those hidden bathroom designs anywhere in the country.
Service: Manager Yang at the front desk arranged my room in advance, which was very thoughtful. They even prepared a welcome gift for my friends who traveled a long way, and we got to try the Shenyang specialty, Bulaolin candy. Really great, thumbs up!
As someone who lives abroad, whenever I return to Shenyang in the Northeast, it's always the Renaissance. I've stayed there for so many years that I'm genuinely too lazy to try anywhere else. The next time I come to Shenyang, or with friends, I'll definitely choose the Renaissance again!

CcindyI have to say, the bathhouses in Northeast China are truly amazing, haha! The facilities are top-notch. The first floor has water play areas and hot springs, perfect for families with kids – they won't want to leave! The second floor has various hot spring pools, less crowded, ideal for adults without kids who want to relax and enjoy themselves. The third floor features a restaurant, a汗蒸 (Korean-style sauna), a kids' play area (naughty castle), and a cinema. The fourth floor has mahjong rooms and various lounges. The outdoor area looks like a lot of fun, but my child was too young and the weather wasn't warm enough, so we didn't go to any of those. Also, the most impressive and longest swimming pool only opens on May 1st. For dining, there are both buffet and à la carte options (the restaurant has different time slots; once the buffet ends, you can order à la carte). The buffet offers hot pot, BBQ, and seafood – excellent value for money. If you're not staying in a villa, your accommodation will be in the same building as the hot springs, on the 5th floor, which is quite convenient overall. The hotel breakfast is very rich and, in my opinion, even better than the hot spring buffet!

GGuest UserI found this hotel online and was attracted by the luxurious lobby. Although the room is a bit old, it is very big, with an outdoor balcony and a large bathtub in the bathroom. It is well received. The TV is a bit small and the effect is not very good, but the service is very good. If you need anything, you can call the room service and it will be delivered. There is also a small naughty castle in the lobby for children to play. I was reluctant to leave before leaving. In short, it was a pleasant stay.

GGuest UserWonderful hotel in Shenyang which is located next to the highway near the BMW plant, perfect for those who prefer driving or traveling by car. This hotel is also next to an interesting ant-themed amusement park, a China-Germany street, a BMX bike & skate park, as well as a huge ecological park with a winding river & islands which makes for a breathtakingly beautiful view from the room. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with excellent facilities including a large indoor pool, gym & a delicious breakfast buffet in the mornings. We also saw a lovely wedding event & photoshoot being held here! Special thanks to Marie & Cici for making our stay so memorable, we were very pleased with everything & would definitely recommend this hotel.
