the location are located in pj and near to 1 utama, IKEA, ikano and many more shopping mall, so very convenient. the swimming pool, gym are superb, only the A/c is quite warm even we lower the temp to 16° it has a very nice shopping environment within the area, just down to the location it self👍🏻 thanks to the homestay

The hotel is conveniently located in Shah Alam, close to many amenities and attractions. However, the overall stay felt quite average. The hotel interior and facilities feel a bit old-fashioned, and the bathroom design was not to my liking — having to step into the bathtub to take a shower was inconvenient. The air conditioning in my room was also not cold, and I had to call for maintenance to fix it. Although the staff were polite and responsive, the overall comfort and condition of the hotel could be improved for a better guest experience.

Front desk was super smelly , toilet smell.. with flies.. check in process was slow.. Swimming pool water was smelly and too much chlorine.. Breakfast was average, not tasty Kids bed was not cleaned properly, itchy.. toilet small and door was not done properly... View was good, deco room okay

Nice hotel with spacious room. There is ample parking in the basement car park. Away from the hustle and bustle of KL. The shower and toilet is separate which is a benefit. The only issue was the lack of place to hang clothes for showers so it makes it tricky if staying with friends. Have to hang on shower door handle that is outside and open the door to take the clothes when done showering. Big mirrors at wardrobe door and sink area mirror is marvelous, great to check outfit before heading out.

Easy check in. Comfortable stay. It has everything, microwave, mini fridge, sink, plates. Actually this is my 3rd stay here and will keep coming back. Hehe.

If driving, the nearest basement car park for Mossaz is B4. Can whatapps the customer service to obtain a video guide for how to find the car park. If not may lost and waste time for looking the car park cause the surrounding building is still in work in progress. Room cleanliness is fair, the room floor is feel sticky and bathroom floor feel slippery. advice to prepare ur own one time use slipper.

Great stay! The hotel room was clean and very spacious!, staff were friendly and helpful (terhilangkan kad akses), and the location was perfect. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A clean and very quiet hotel for taking rest. Check in hotel went well. Construction Is on going at lakeside, evening is fine but day time can be quite annoying. Breakfast is decent and simply. One of the Chef (big boy) is not that friendly. A bit upset on my first day in this hotel as I was awaken by the housekeeper who turned on music so loud in early morning at 25th floor.

Though the check out time was 12noon, I requested to delay till 1pm because it took sometimes for me to walk back from Monash University.The staff at front desk immediately agreed to let me check out late without hesitating. I truly appreciate his kindness only regretted of not taking down his name to mention here. Sunway Pyramid Hotel not only a hotel with all the fantastic facilities and convenient location moreover a hotel that warms your heart!

My only choice whenever i have a business trip to KL. Hotel is clean, staffs are friendly, location strategic, near to restaurants, cafes, convenient marts, pharmacies, pubs and banks. Highly recommend for business travellers.
