This was my second time staying here, and this visit was especially memorable as I had just gotten married and our wedding venue was nearby. We had a very pleasant stay and a wonderful experience overall. We will definitely be coming back again soon. Moreover, the location is very convenient — it’s within walking distance to McDonald’s and the mall, making it easy to find food and enjoy some window shopping

Traveling for work. The bedsheet and blanket makes me feel itchy. cockroach in the room. No toothbrush kit provided. The chair has a big white patch as if someone had a great time on it. Didn’t sleep well that night ruined my next work day with important meetings

It’s was a good choice for budget wise .Room was quite small compare to other hotel room. Location are good as just next to water park and near i city central mall. Breakfast buffet nice have more options .

The hotel is surrounded by amenities like an amusement park and a shopping mall. However, the water quality in the hotel is terrible; it smells strongly of pool water and is discolored. I even wonder if they're recycling water from the amusement park. Breakfast was very mediocre; apart from the fruit, there wasn't much else worth eating.

I booked this hotel for a one-night layover because I had an early morning flight to Kuantan the next day. The hotel was quite comfortable; the room size was comparable to chain hotels back home. There's a pretty large swimming pool, and we enjoyed a nice swim there in the evening. We left early in the morning as it's very close to the airport. The shuttle bus takes about 10 minutes and runs every two hours. We took the 5:20 PM shuttle, which departs from a white bus parked near (but not exactly at) Gate 3 on the ground floor of Terminal 1. You can look for it around that time. When checking in, just arrange your shuttle time for the next day with the hotel staff.

The king room was a bit small, but the twin room with a sofa bed was quite spacious. The AC vent was a bit noisy, but everything else was decent and pretty standard. Being right above the mall was really convenient.

Check in facility was smooth, friendly front desk and manager helpful. we are family of 5 ( 2 rooms) and it was accomodating and great stay for 4 days 3 nights as my parents were staying nearby, and we are back to celebrate CNY. The beach pool maybe can have a bit improvement as its a bit dirty ( a bit dissapointment for my kids) but hotel rooms were very clean and daily cleaned up well. Kudos to the housekeeping team for keeping my housekey i realised i lost it after 3 days checking out and my parents went back to the lobby and got it back. Thankful to them. Its a great place to stay. rooms were quiet no odour and free mineral bottle water and coffee tea. clean towels, good bed.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view from our room—it made every morning feel special. The room itself was spotless and incredibly comfortable, with a great bed that guaranteed a perfect night's sleep. The location was also very convenient for exploring the area. Overall, the atmosphere was relaxing and the service was friendly. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable getaway with a stunning view. Can’t wait to return

The resort is located on a small mountain nearby sungai long. There are many facilities. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice views. There are water park, dino park, go-cart, safari escape, etc. You get 15% for entrance fees with stay in the resort. Infinite pool has superb view to dino park. There are restaurants i.e. thai, japanese, bali.... foods are nice but also pricy. I think many people grab.

Great value for money! It’s a budget-friendly hotel but clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient, close to the metro station. The room was small but functional, and the staff were very accommodating. Perfect for a short stay.”
