KKongzhongfeirendidDuring my trip to Shenyang this time, I was incredibly grateful for Alisa's care and attention. She contacted me even before I checked in. As one of the 'educated youths' who helped build Shenyang back in the day, I'm now in my seventies, and it was wonderful to revisit the place. Alisa not only arranged our room but also recommended delicious food and beautiful sights, she was truly enthusiastic. We stayed at the Hilton Shenyang, and our four-day experience was fantastic. Both the hotel's lobby and guest rooms were very clean. The staff at the front desk, the executive lounge on the 19th floor, and other areas were all courteous, always ready to answer questions, and wonderfully attentive. The next time we come to Shenyang, we will definitely choose your hotel again. [Respect][Respect][Respect][Rose][Rose][Rose]

AandreaysI have two minor complaints about my multi-day stay. 1. The hotel had an eco-friendly linen card stating that if you stayed for three consecutive nights without requesting a change of bedding, you'd receive a 'beautiful gift' from Wanda Hotels. Turns out, this 'beautiful gift' was just a plain paper bookmark. It wasn't anything related to local intangible cultural heritage, nor did it have any hotel commemorative value. So, three days of eco-friendliness equaled one cheap bookmark 🔖 in comparison. 2. Around 1 AM on the night of check-in, the hotel suddenly experienced a complete power outage! The hotel explained that it might have been an external issue, like a large cable being damaged, and repairs were underway. However, the elevators were working fine, yet the emergency lights in the room couldn't be turned off at all. It was impossible to sleep, and if we didn't sleep, there was still no power! Just before we checked out, the hotel called and offered a 'gift' as an apology. The staff member brought it up, and to our surprise, it was just an Artemisia argyi (mugwort) hammer, worth less than 10 RMB. After a sleepless night, this felt like such a half-hearted apology, without any real sincerity... just an Artemisia argyi hammer to brush us off. Considering these two points, I feel the hotel's so-called sincerity and thoughtfulness were overly perfunctory! It would have been better if they hadn't offered anything at all! Before leaving, I explicitly told the staff not to bother, as we had many of these items at home. Yet, they still put it in our car! 😞

AAdvikaWe had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a convenient location, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bedding was excellent, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Special thanks to Wency, the Guest Relations Officer, who provided outstanding service. She contacted us in advance to understand our needs, kindly upgraded our room, and assisted us with complimentary parking. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again.

XXiarenjunThis was my first time in Shenyang, and for an important anniversary, I chose the Conrad as our base for a three-day, two-night stay. Here’s an objective review based on my actual experience: **Location:** The hotel is very close to both Beizhan (North Station) and Shenyang Station, about a ten-minute taxi ride. If you take the subway, it’s just one transfer, and you can reach Exit A of Renmin Square Station on Line 2 (which is the entrance to MixC Hang Lung Plaza) in about 30 minutes. From the first floor of Hang Lung Plaza, there's a glass automatic door that connects directly to the hotel's first floor. Regarding Hang Lung Plaza, I won't comment on the shopping as I didn't explore it much. However, it’s very convenient to take the escalator down to the basement for a meal, grab some snacks at the supermarket/convenience store, play Taiko or Maimai at the arcade on the basement level, or sing karaoke at Mei KTV on the third floor accessible by a scenic elevator. This definitely adds to the convenience of staying at the Conrad. **Service:** * **Pre-Stay Service:** I didn't receive any pre-arrival calls or contact, which is usually standard for five-star hotels. It made me think, 'Hmm?' a little, but it wasn't a major issue. During check-in, the front desk informed me that our room was still being prepared but offered a complimentary upgrade to a smoking room so we wouldn't have to wait. I accepted the kind offer and was relieved that the smoke smell in the room wasn't very noticeable. * **During-Stay Service:** On the first night, I wanted to take a bath, but the bathtub took nearly two hours to fill, only reaching the depth shown in the photo. After half an hour, I thought it was just because the tub was large and filling slowly, but when it was still the same after more than an hour, I suspected the drain wasn't sealing properly. However, it was quite late, and I didn't want to bother the hotel staff with repairs at that hour, especially since we’d already received an upgrade. It felt like that 'don't ask for a bicycle when you've been given a watch' kind of awkwardness. So, the next morning, I called housekeeping to ask if someone could check it while we were out in the afternoon. When we returned the next evening, the first thing I did was fill the tub, and seeing the water successfully rise made me so happy! I could finally take a bath! I'm grateful to the staff for solving the problem on time. Later that night, we went to the executive lounge on the 83rd floor for the evening light meal. The food was excellent, and they were proactive in asking about our needs. Special thanks to Cloris, Luna, and Rachel for their warm service. **Facilities:** As mentioned above, the room was generally in good condition. There were a few areas that showed some wear or minor human-made stains, but nothing major. Honestly, you don't really use or even touch every single part of a suite; it's always just a few key areas. The bathtub issue might have been a 'historical problem' left by a previous guest, but at least I got it resolved. This does, however, suggest that there's room for improvement in terms of facility maintenance and even upgrades. **Dining:** The executive lounge's food has already been mentioned, so I won't repeat it. For breakfast, I went at 8 AM and 9 AM on the two different days. As expected, it was less crowded earlier. You swipe your room card, then an attendant guides you to an empty table and asks if you'd like coffee or tea. Overall, breakfast was quite good, offering most of the varieties you'd expect from a typical five-star hotel. **Final Thoughts:** One minor point of annoyance was the hotel's elevators. Many guests have mentioned the hassle of having to transfer elevators on the 88th floor to get from the hotel entrance to their room. Personally, I think the waiting time for the elevators is more frustrating than the transfer itself. From the 88th-floor lobby to the rooms on lower floors, there are four elevators. Without judging whether that's too many or too few, objectively speaking, every time I waited for an elevator from my room floor to the 88th floor, or from the 88th to my room, it always took over a minute. There was never a time when an elevator arrived within thirty or forty-five seconds of pressing the button. And often, when the elevator did arrive, it was empty. Perhaps it was because I stayed on a weekend and the hotel had an event? The above only represents my personal experience during this stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel room was great, and the manager on duty at the front desk had a good attitude. It was very convenient that I could store my luggage after checking out and pick it up later. The hotel also approved my request for a late check-out. It's super convenient for getting around. I'll definitely come back next time!

GGuest UserFacilities: Marriott's facilities are always top-notch, no complaints there. Cleanliness: Same as above. Ambiance: The room layout is noticeably more rational. Funnily enough, the first time I stayed at a Hyatt, I couldn't even find the restroom! Renaissance hotels, it seems, don't go for those hidden bathroom designs anywhere in the country. Service: Manager Yang at the front desk arranged my room in advance, which was very thoughtful. They even prepared a welcome gift for my friends who traveled a long way, and we got to try the Shenyang specialty, Bulaolin candy. Really great, thumbs up! As someone who lives abroad, whenever I return to Shenyang in the Northeast, it's always the Renaissance. I've stayed there for so many years that I'm genuinely too lazy to try anywhere else. The next time I come to Shenyang, or with friends, I'll definitely choose the Renaissance again!

CChaojijinshuwaThe hotel's location is excellent. **Facilities:** Although a bit old, they are very well maintained. **Cleanliness:** No strange odors whatsoever. The bedding, in particular, was spotlessly white. The bed was firm yet comfortable. **Environment:** There are plenty of dining options nearby. Driving is very convenient, whether you're heading to the highway or the airport. **Parking:** The hotel offers free surface parking.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel for a last-minute trip, and honestly, I didn't have high expectations, but my entire experience was surprisingly excellent, offering incredible value for money. I just have to rave about it! First and foremost, I have to give a huge shout-out to Vision at the front desk! I was exhausted from traveling all day, lugging heavy bags, and just generally feeling wiped out. Vision was incredibly gentle and patient. He processed my check-in super fast, not making me wait an extra second. He also proactively and meticulously told me about breakfast times, the locations of the pool and gym, and clearly explained parking instructions. Later, I was a bit careless and accidentally lost my room key. I rushed to the front desk to get a replacement, and Vision was still incredibly patient, smiling the whole time, showing no hint of impatience. His service was truly heartwarming and instantly made me feel at ease. Overall, the hotel's attention to detail is superb – definitely not cutting corners. They even gave me a lovely little souvenir, which I really liked; the steam eye masks inside are fantastic! For someone driving, parking is always a concern, but the hotel's parking lot had plenty of spacious spots, easy to get in and out of, making parking totally stress-free. The lobby entrance was spotless and bright, with no strange odors, which immediately felt welcoming. I really need to praise the room's cleanliness! It was meticulously cleaned. The sheets and duvet covers were fresh and tidy, the bathroom had no water stains or smudges, and even the corners and crevices were perfectly maintained. The in-room amenities were complete and sufficient, and of good quality. The whole-house Wi-Fi was very stable – no buffering when watching shows, browsing on my phone, or working, it really didn't slow me down at all. The breakfast the next morning was exactly to my taste. The variety wasn't flashy but very substantial, with meat, vegetables, porridges, pastries, and drinks. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were homely, making for a very comfortable meal. In my free time, I checked out the gym and pool. To my surprise, the facilities were all very new, with equipment neatly arranged and spotlessly clean. The pool water was crystal clear and well-maintained. A simple workout and relaxation session there was incredibly pleasant. Overall, I'm really satisfied with my stay! From the service and cleanliness to all the facilities, everything was thoughtfully done, and there were no disappointments. If I come back to this area, I'll definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to my friends!

GGuest UserI found this hotel online and was attracted by the luxurious lobby. Although the room is a bit old, it is very big, with an outdoor balcony and a large bathtub in the bathroom. It is well received. The TV is a bit small and the effect is not very good, but the service is very good. If you need anything, you can call the room service and it will be delivered. There is also a small naughty castle in the lobby for children to play. I was reluctant to leave before leaving. In short, it was a pleasant stay.

GGuest UserWonderful hotel in Shenyang which is located next to the highway near the BMW plant, perfect for those who prefer driving or traveling by car. This hotel is also next to an interesting ant-themed amusement park, a China-Germany street, a BMX bike & skate park, as well as a huge ecological park with a winding river & islands which makes for a breathtakingly beautiful view from the room. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with excellent facilities including a large indoor pool, gym & a delicious breakfast buffet in the mornings. We also saw a lovely wedding event & photoshoot being held here! Special thanks to Marie & Cici for making our stay so memorable, we were very pleased with everything & would definitely recommend this hotel.
