Shenyang Hotels with Pools

I came to Shenyang for the Three Workshops Music Festival, and the hotel I chose this time was absolutely fantastic. Alisa, the Guest Relations Manager, helped us arrange a south-facing, sunny, and very quiet room in advance. She was also available to contact at any time if we needed anything during our stay. The room was smoke-free, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job. A big thank you to the concierge team for helping receive our packages and carefully verifying each one. I also appreciate the helpful staff at the hotel entrance who assisted with our luggage. The entire service process was thoughtful, thorough, and seamless – truly excellent. There are also many great restaurants around the hotel, but because of the hot weather, we had to order takeout and eat it back at the hotel. Returned to Le Méridien Shenyang, Heping, and once again, it was a truly comfortable and generous experience. The service was incredibly accommodating and efficient; they upgraded my room after a quick chat. The welcome fruit was delicious, and all the welcome amenities were perfectly arranged. Both the breakfast and the executive lounge standards were above average. The 23rd-floor lounge, in particular, was quiet with a comfortable view, and the afternoon tea and evening happy hour offered convenient food and drinks. It was a really pleasant spot to relax during my travels or business downtime. The room itself was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is also convenient for getting around and shopping. All my membership benefits were genuinely provided without any shortcuts or compromises, showing real sincerity towards high-tier members. This will definitely be my top choice when visiting Shenyang again; I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

The room isn't as good as the 60-square-meter lake view room. When you open the window, there's a residential complex right opposite, and half of it is still under construction, so it's very noisy in the morning. The service is practically non-existent, not what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. The shampoo and shower gel bottles in the shower have a design flaw – they're metal with very narrow pump heads. The shower area is small, and I bumped into them twice in two days. The designer clearly didn't think this through! Also, the shower floor tiles are uneven, which I've never seen before, not even in budget hotels! On the plus side: The location is convenient, with a subway station downstairs. There's also the Cai Dian Ta Night Market and Youth Park downstairs. Shenyang city center isn't very big, so it's easy to get anywhere.

Let's start with the positives: I always stay here when I come for concerts. It's very close to the stadium, which is super convenient. Wanda Plaza is right downstairs, and there's a snack street at night. Parking is relatively easy, and the service is great; they even upgraded my floor! Now for the less satisfactory points: I rarely leave negative reviews, but I really have to speak up about Wanda. Compared to other hotels of the same price and caliber, I can overlook it being a bit old, given it's a 2013 hotel. But you can't have things broken! That Grohe showerhead is completely damaged and hasn't been fixed. Don't they do regular checks? Is it acceptable if only one of the two heads works?? There were no welcome fruits, and the Coke in the mini-fridge was charged... Even budget hotels costing over 300 RMB offer free Coke in the fridge... To the manager who decided to charge for it, aren't you embarrassed? Also, Ctrip, you should really check out what perks people get when booking this hotel through other platforms like 'Xianyu' (free breakfast for two, 4 PM late checkout, executive lounge access, welcome fruits) for the same price. If you don't negotiate some upgraded member benefits, everyone will just book elsewhere... It's really bad!

Checked in last night on the 21st floor. The Sun Leopard Hotel has excellent facilities. The room is luxuriously decorated, well-laid out, and fully equipped – even the curtains are exquisite. The service was also top-notch; they even upgraded my room. The breakfast was fantastic, I just forgot to take pictures.

I brought my family to Shenyang to see an Errenzhuan show and chose to stay at the Marriott hotel. It seems to be relatively quiet around the old town area. As soon as we got out of the car, the concierge downstairs helped us with our luggage. The room was very clean, tidy, and quite spacious, and they even upgraded us, which we really appreciate. A huge thank you to Belinda at the front desk; she was gentle, sweet, and polite! I'd give her 100 points. Last year and the year before, I stayed at the Grand Hyatt and the Conrad. The Grand Hyatt's front desk staff had the worst attitude, and the Conrad's staff also lacked smiles, plus there were hairs in the room. Belinda was the one who gave me my first good impression upon arriving in Shenyang. Thank you, and I wish her eternal peace and happiness! 🎉 My second commendation goes to another short-haired front desk lady who helped us during checkout. I needed two bottles of mineral water, and she brought out an entire case from the storage room, opened it, and gave them to me. Thank you so much; she was enthusiastic throughout! It seems there are many Koreans staying at this hotel, with a lot of them talking loudly in the lobby late at night. To be honest, the breakfast at this hotel is really not good. The fruit already tasted off, and there wasn't much to eat. It's on par with breakfast at hotels costing between 80 to 100. And I must give a terrible review to a woman in a suit with very dark circles under her eyes in the breakfast department! Overall, it's still good, but I really don't recommend the breakfast. And there's a woman at breakfast – I think she had short hair, I forget, but definitely had prominent dark circles under her eyes – whom I truly want to give a big negative review. I won't type out the details to recall; her attitude was terrible. My positive feedback is solely for the two front desk ladies and the hotel's accommodation environment.

Recommended by a friend, I stayed at The Westin Shenyang, and it truly lived up to its reputation! The hotel's decor is a tasteful blend of modern light luxury and Chinese design. It's incredibly photogenic, perfect for stunning pictures. The Westin bed is super comfortable, with excellent mattress support and pillows that are just right – neither too soft nor too firm. The bathroom features a dry and wet separation, and the White Tea Aloe bath amenities have a sophisticated scent. They even have robot room service, which is a cool high-tech touch. Five stars all around, I've already recommended it to all my friends visiting Shenyang. Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety and great taste.

I chose to stay at the Longemont Hotel Shenyang, and it was a really comfortable experience. The hotel is upscale and grand, with clean and cozy rooms. The front desk staff was very efficient and professional, which reduced my waiting time at check-in. Plus, there are many cultural and tourism attractions nearby, and the hotel's amenities are excellent, really anticipating guests' needs. The duty manager was incredibly patient and helpful in resolving an issue I had. I'm very satisfied with both the facilities and the service. Highly recommend it to everyone!

We stayed at this hotel for our child's competition. The room was spacious and offered great value for money. It's right next to the subway exit, and the surrounding area has convenient facilities like a supermarket and restaurants. For non-smokers, definitely make a note when booking. Thankfully, I didn't smell any smoke in the room this time.

The room facilities are complete. My child was participating in a chess competition here. I stayed here for one night to rest. It felt good. The breakfast bread was good. The only thing I felt uncomfortable about was that my son was charged 88 yuan for breakfast. I said that a child over 1.3 meters tall should pay the full price, but later they charged half the price. The service staff at the restaurant entrance needs training. They can't tell how old the child is! 1.5 points for service!
