JJiaowoYanI absolutely have to give a five-star review to Hilton Shenyang Shimao! Special thanks to Alisa, the Guest Relations Manager. We had booked an executive room, and it happened to be our anniversary. Alisa was incredibly thoughtful; she proactively recommended and arranged for us to have a King Business Room instead. The room was on an excellent floor with a wide, open view outside, and the city skyline was absolutely stunning. The view was even better than what we would have had in the executive room. Alisa's service was meticulous and heartwarming, and she was genuinely considerate and attentive, making our anniversary stay feel extra special and ceremonial. The experience was perfect, completely satisfying, and I'm really looking forward to staying here again!

GGuest UserThe service was great! Even though the hotel isn't brand new, it retains the elegant charm of an established five-star property. I was especially pleased with the complimentary upgrade to a king-size bed room, which made my 3-day stay very comfortable. The only minor downsides were the lack of an opening window for ventilation and no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Also, the bathroom door was a bit too transparent. Overall, it was still a very good experience.

XXiarenjunThis was my first time in Shenyang, and for an important anniversary, I chose the Conrad as our base for a three-day, two-night stay. Here’s an objective review based on my actual experience: **Location:** The hotel is very close to both Beizhan (North Station) and Shenyang Station, about a ten-minute taxi ride. If you take the subway, it’s just one transfer, and you can reach Exit A of Renmin Square Station on Line 2 (which is the entrance to MixC Hang Lung Plaza) in about 30 minutes. From the first floor of Hang Lung Plaza, there's a glass automatic door that connects directly to the hotel's first floor. Regarding Hang Lung Plaza, I won't comment on the shopping as I didn't explore it much. However, it’s very convenient to take the escalator down to the basement for a meal, grab some snacks at the supermarket/convenience store, play Taiko or Maimai at the arcade on the basement level, or sing karaoke at Mei KTV on the third floor accessible by a scenic elevator. This definitely adds to the convenience of staying at the Conrad. **Service:** * **Pre-Stay Service:** I didn't receive any pre-arrival calls or contact, which is usually standard for five-star hotels. It made me think, 'Hmm?' a little, but it wasn't a major issue. During check-in, the front desk informed me that our room was still being prepared but offered a complimentary upgrade to a smoking room so we wouldn't have to wait. I accepted the kind offer and was relieved that the smoke smell in the room wasn't very noticeable. * **During-Stay Service:** On the first night, I wanted to take a bath, but the bathtub took nearly two hours to fill, only reaching the depth shown in the photo. After half an hour, I thought it was just because the tub was large and filling slowly, but when it was still the same after more than an hour, I suspected the drain wasn't sealing properly. However, it was quite late, and I didn't want to bother the hotel staff with repairs at that hour, especially since we’d already received an upgrade. It felt like that 'don't ask for a bicycle when you've been given a watch' kind of awkwardness. So, the next morning, I called housekeeping to ask if someone could check it while we were out in the afternoon. When we returned the next evening, the first thing I did was fill the tub, and seeing the water successfully rise made me so happy! I could finally take a bath! I'm grateful to the staff for solving the problem on time. Later that night, we went to the executive lounge on the 83rd floor for the evening light meal. The food was excellent, and they were proactive in asking about our needs. Special thanks to Cloris, Luna, and Rachel for their warm service. **Facilities:** As mentioned above, the room was generally in good condition. There were a few areas that showed some wear or minor human-made stains, but nothing major. Honestly, you don't really use or even touch every single part of a suite; it's always just a few key areas. The bathtub issue might have been a 'historical problem' left by a previous guest, but at least I got it resolved. This does, however, suggest that there's room for improvement in terms of facility maintenance and even upgrades. **Dining:** The executive lounge's food has already been mentioned, so I won't repeat it. For breakfast, I went at 8 AM and 9 AM on the two different days. As expected, it was less crowded earlier. You swipe your room card, then an attendant guides you to an empty table and asks if you'd like coffee or tea. Overall, breakfast was quite good, offering most of the varieties you'd expect from a typical five-star hotel. **Final Thoughts:** One minor point of annoyance was the hotel's elevators. Many guests have mentioned the hassle of having to transfer elevators on the 88th floor to get from the hotel entrance to their room. Personally, I think the waiting time for the elevators is more frustrating than the transfer itself. From the 88th-floor lobby to the rooms on lower floors, there are four elevators. Without judging whether that's too many or too few, objectively speaking, every time I waited for an elevator from my room floor to the 88th floor, or from the 88th to my room, it always took over a minute. There was never a time when an elevator arrived within thirty or forty-five seconds of pressing the button. And often, when the elevator did arrive, it was empty. Perhaps it was because I stayed on a weekend and the hotel had an event? The above only represents my personal experience during this stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel room was great, and the manager on duty at the front desk had a good attitude. It was very convenient that I could store my luggage after checking out and pick it up later. The hotel also approved my request for a late check-out. It's super convenient for getting around. I'll definitely come back next time!

GGuest UserI stayed for 11 consecutive days for a business trip and it felt like home; I was even a little reluctant to leave. The front desk staff, Xiao Gu, arranged a south-facing room for me, which was warm and sunny every day. She also provided prompt assistance, which was fantastic! The gentleman in the tuxedo at the entrance would greet me every day, saying 'going to work' and 'coming home from work,' which made me feel very welcome. I'll definitely choose Sunjoy Hotel again next time! The hotel even sent a cake for my colleague's birthday—absolutely amazing! Breakfast was also excellent!

GGuest UserEmily at the front desk provided excellent service. She contacted me in advance to ask about my room preferences, like which floor I'd like. Even though the hotel was fully booked for the holiday, check-in was smooth! The breakfast was quite unique, featuring tofu pudding and Shenyang chicken racks 😋. When I checked out, I accidentally left some clothes in the closet. The staff promptly contacted me after cleaning the room and even helped me mail them. Overall, I'm very satisfied!

AAilvyoudemaomhxOur family weekend road trip led us to this hotel, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The attentive service and wonderful environment made the whole stay incredibly pleasant. I absolutely have to leave a glowing review, and a special shout-out goes to the front desk staff, Rosie. When we checked in, we had our elderly parents and children with us, plus a lot of luggage. We were a bit flustered as soon as we reached the front desk. Rosie immediately stood up, greeted us warmly, and proactively helped us with our bags. She even thoughtfully gave the kids a blind box keychain of a pony to keep them happy. Because we had our parents with us, we wanted a quiet, low-floor room. She patiently looked for and arranged a suitable room for us, maintaining a gentle and patient tone throughout. The check-in process was quick, and she carefully informed us about the elevator location, breakfast times, and even specifically pointed out suitable places nearby for our parents to take a stroll. Later, our child accidentally knocked over a water cup in the lobby. We were rushing to clean it up when Rosie saw us. She immediately brought tissues and a mop to help clean, reassuring us not to worry and repeatedly reminding the child to be careful not to slip. Another evening, when we returned from going out, we forgot to scan the hotel's parking voucher. She was the first to help us resolve it, without a hint of impatience, always with a smile. This meticulous service truly made our whole family feel so warm, and all the fatigue from our journey just melted away. Aside from Rosie's amazing service, all other aspects of the hotel were excellent. The parking lot was spacious and ample, making parking incredibly convenient; we didn't have to worry about finding a spot at all when driving. The lobby was spotlessly clean, with gleaming floors and fresh air. The overall environment was elegant and comfortable, making it a truly pleasant place to be. The room hygiene was exceptionally well done. The bedding was soft and tidy, with no stains on the sheets or duvet covers. Every corner of the bathroom was wiped spotless, showing incredible attention to detail in cleaning. The room amenities were complete, the toiletries were of high quality, and the towels and bath towels were clean and soft, making us feel completely at ease. The hotel's WiFi signal was super strong; streaming videos and working online were consistently smooth without any lag. Breakfast offered a rich variety of fresh options, including hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and drinks. The taste was also excellent and could satisfy the different preferences of our family. The gym equipment was neatly arranged and clean, with no unpleasant odors. The swimming pool water was clear, and the environment was spacious and bright, perfect for leisure and fitness. This was an incredibly comfortable stay; from the service to the facilities, we couldn't find a single fault. This hotel will definitely be our first choice next time we're in the area. I sincerely recommend it to all travelers!

GGuest UserThe hotel is really nice but didn’t match the service or facility level of the European branches of the chain. The room was HUGE! I’ve lived in smaller apartments. The breakfast was ok - mostly local selections. I asked for an omelette the first day and I think it was the first they had made one even though it was listed as a made to order option. It’s very close to a subway station but not close to the downtown area with the tourist attractions or the train station. I liked it but wouldn’t stay there again because of the location. I was in room 5116. Haha!

GGuest UserThe room facilities are complete. My child was participating in a chess competition here. I stayed here for one night to rest. It felt good. The breakfast bread was good. The only thing I felt uncomfortable about was that my son was charged 88 yuan for breakfast. I said that a child over 1.3 meters tall should pay the full price, but later they charged half the price. The service staff at the restaurant entrance needs training. They can't tell how old the child is! 1.5 points for service!
