The young lady at the front desk was gentle to melt, and there was any problem in seconds. The mattress is moderately hard and soundproof, and I sleep when I am tired. The bathroom is dry and wet, and the hot water is enough and stable. The convenience store and food stalls downstairs are piled up. If you are hungry in the middle of the night, you can continue your life when you go downstairs. Teammates will call back next time after staying! Cost-effective direct closure of God!

The glass wasn't very soundproof, so a lot of noise from outside, including fireworks at night, was picked up in the room. I initially thought it was the air conditioner or refrigerator. Other than that, there were no major issues. Cleanliness, comfort, and convenience were all excellent. The room was very spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provided great light and views (though the glass was grimy...). The breakfast was quite filling. I tend to be friendly during mealtimes, but it was crowded and a bit noisy. (We ended up finishing our meal as quickly as possible and enjoying a mouthful of popcorn at the door. 😂)

The room was very clean and tidy overall, with excellent natural light. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, making for a very relaxing stay. The bathroom was well-separated (wet and dry areas) with no unpleasant odors. The owner was incredibly warm and attentive, responding super quickly to any requests. It's convenient for dining and getting around, and the value for money far exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommend it to friends who are traveling!

The hotel regularly exterminates insects, so there were no issues with mosquito harassment during my stay. Customer service was patient and meticulous in addressing guest inquiries, and explanations were clear and easy to understand. The hotel is located in a bustling area of the city, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The public lounge area is clean and tidy, perfect for temporary waiting or resting. The quality of the stay perfectly matches the price point; it's a reliable and steady choice, so there's no need to worry about any unpleasant surprises.

After comparing several companies, I finally chose this one, and I didn't choose the wrong one! Before I came, I called in advance to ask a lot of questions. The front desk was professional and patient to answer one by one, and there was no impatience at all! I went to the store and gave me a list, telling us about the surrounding attractions and delicious food, by the way, the lightning-avoiding store hahaha! The room was very bright and big, and I was very happy to play mahjong. When I left, I also sent us a small Halloween gift. It was so fun! I will definitely come back next time!

I specifically booked a room with a view in the villa area. After I got to the room, they contacted me again to say the air conditioner was leaking, so they wanted me to switch to a downstairs room. The downstairs room felt sunken, dark, and had no view at all. Later, I said I didn't want to switch, and another person said it was fixed yesterday and wouldn't leak! The view from the second floor is as shown in the picture! Also, I don't know if it's the location or an issue with the AC unit, but the outdoor unit makes a very loud buzzing sound, the AC inside the room buzzes, and it's even louder outside! I could hear the buzzing all night; it felt like several machines were right outside the door! The staff at the fish spa area (picture three) also had a very bad attitude! And the staff in the dining area asked for good reviews!

Service and details are also super points! The front desk lady is warm and efficient, check-in is completed in seconds, and also actively helps debug equipment and recommend surrounding food. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the toiletries are complete, and there are even small objects such as disposable headphone covers and disinfection paper towels, which are intimate to foul. The location is also super convenient, hungry in the middle of the night, takeaway in seconds, eat, drink and play one stop.

Had issue with checking in, noted address was the owners apartment & had to wait 35 mins to get someone to bring the key. Remote residential area, Few restaurants are l downstairs & 15 mins walk to train station, nothing else around! Attentive staff.

最寄りの地下鉄の駅「皇寺路」から10分以上歩きます。それが難点です。西塔周辺の韓国街の中心にも10分歩くと到着します。韓国街が目的の人はよいかもしれません。 そのためかホテルの設備も韓国風になっています。高床の上に薄い布団が敷いてある感じです。ベッドではありません。 シャワーとトイレは一体になっていて、シャワールーム内にドライヤーもあるので濡れないか心配でした。またシャワーは昔ながらの熱湯と冷水の蛇口を自分で調節するスタイルです。水圧は充分すぎるほど強いです。 ひげ剃り、歯ブラシ、シャンプーが付いています。 大通り添いにありますが静かでした。ホテルの前は砂や石が散らかっていて、一見、廃業したかと思うようなほどです。 各部屋のドアに「18歳未満立ち入り禁止」と看板が貼ってあります。 フロントのスタッフは好意的でした。
