"I stayed at this hotel with my son for a football tournament. Initially, I was a bit hesitant after reading some online reviews, but since the team was staying here, it made it more convenient for us during the competition. So, I decided to go with it. I sent my son to check it out first, and he said that while the hotel was old, it was generally okay. My actual stay confirmed this. Although the hotel is quite old, the brand does an excellent job with maintenance. All the facilities were in good condition, the bedding was very comfortable, and the towels seemed relatively new. The bathroom sink was spotless, with no grime or stains. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, covering all the essentials. Overall, it's great value for money, and I was very satisfied with my stay. Small suggestion: It would be even more perfect if the carpets could get a deep clean."

I was pressed for time and didn't have a chance to do much research, but after seeing great reviews on RED (Xiaohongshu) and Doubao, I went ahead and booked it on short notice. To my surprise, the experience far exceeded my expectations: 1. Facilities & Location: Everything was fantastic—from the room decor and hotel location to the quality of the buffet. 2. Unexpected Perk: At 88 stories high, the hotel is the tallest building in Shenyang. Overlooking the entire city from the top floor was incredible; everything below looked like miniature toys. Such incredible value for money! 3. Service Experience: Since it was a last-minute booking, I called the front desk beforehand with a ton of questions about the location, proximity to the Mukden Palace and the Marshal Zhang's Mansion, as well as room types. The staff answered each question with great detail and patience, which saved me a lot of trip-planning time. "The room was pretty standard and met expectations, but what really exceeded them was: 1. The hotel has a **delivery locker** outside, making it incredibly convenient to order takeout. You can also have the front desk send it up with a smart delivery robot. 2. The hotel's location is excellent. It's directly across from MixC shopping mall and next to Youth Park, so you're just a step away from walks, shopping, and dining. It's also not far from various attractions. 3. If you love tennis, book this hotel! There's a tennis court on the fourth floor where you can book 1-on-1 private lessons. I stayed here for three days and played tennis every single day, without wasting any time on travel."
