A MemorablH stay at Hampton by Hilton. The staff greeted us warmly upon arrival and the check - in was quick. Our room was clean, well - decorated, and fully equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful, meeting our every need. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the dining area was clean. Overall, it was an excellent experience. The room and staff made it memorable. The river view was amazing we could see sunset and sunrise. We could also see all the activities happening on or around the river.

The entire stay was a great experience. Our butler, Xiao Gu, was very attentive and meticulous. She communicated with us about our itinerary before check-in and responded promptly to all our needs during our stay, handling every request quickly and efficiently. The service was thoughtful and thorough, and I'm extremely satisfied!

Staying at the Housereli Hotel during my trip to Shenyang was a fantastic experience, everything was just perfect. The hotel's location is a huge plus, right next to Yingpan Street subway station. It made getting to attractions like the Shenyang Imperial Palace and Olympic Sports Center incredibly easy with minimal transfers. The area around the hotel is also packed with shops, supermarkets, and restaurants, making it super convenient for getting around and finding food. Housekeeping in the room was excellent. The entire space was sparkling clean and bright, with no stains or dust in the bathroom or around the bedside. The bedding was fluffy and comfortable, and there were plenty of toiletries provided, making for a refreshing and reassuring stay. The breakfast buffet was a standout feature, with a great variety of hot dishes, noodles, pastries, and fresh fruit. Everything tasted good, and children under 1.2 meters eat for free, which is a great deal for families. The hotel staff provided thoughtful and attentive service. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and any requests were promptly addressed. Plus, there's free parking available, which is a big bonus for guests traveling by car. This hotel is ideal for both leisure and business trips. It's my top choice for accommodation in Shenyang, and I'll definitely be staying here again on future visits.

If you're a fan of the Liaoning Flying Leopards basketball team, this hotel is their designated resting place. You might see players and coaches and even get autographs. Now for the cons: 1. The hygiene is poor. There was a noticeable stain on the sofa in the room. Also, the hotel's cleaning staff isn't very thorough; the impression from the plastic bag in the bathtub from last night still hadn't been cleaned up. 2. If you want to take a bath, the water isn't hot. 3. Breakfast is relatively monotonous, and the food isn't very warm.

Let's start with the positives: I always stay here when I come for concerts. It's very close to the stadium, which is super convenient. Wanda Plaza is right downstairs, and there's a snack street at night. Parking is relatively easy, and the service is great; they even upgraded my floor! Now for the less satisfactory points: I rarely leave negative reviews, but I really have to speak up about Wanda. Compared to other hotels of the same price and caliber, I can overlook it being a bit old, given it's a 2013 hotel. But you can't have things broken! That Grohe showerhead is completely damaged and hasn't been fixed. Don't they do regular checks? Is it acceptable if only one of the two heads works?? There were no welcome fruits, and the Coke in the mini-fridge was charged... Even budget hotels costing over 300 RMB offer free Coke in the fridge... To the manager who decided to charge for it, aren't you embarrassed? Also, Ctrip, you should really check out what perks people get when booking this hotel through other platforms like 'Xianyu' (free breakfast for two, 4 PM late checkout, executive lounge access, welcome fruits) for the same price. If you don't negotiate some upgraded member benefits, everyone will just book elsewhere... It's really bad!

Facilities: The hotel is fully equipped with large beds, bathtubs, necessary writing desks, and artificial intelligence robots. It is very convenient to live in. The 75-square-meter house is very spacious for one person to live in. Hygiene: The hotel is very hygienic and very clean. No sanitary dead spots were found. Service: The service at the front desk is also very good. Whatever you need, the front desk will provide you with it in time. If you have any questions, please respond promptly. This is very worthy of recognition. Xiao Lei at the front desk is very helpful! ! ! Environment: The hotel is located in Hunnan District, a new area in Shenyang. There are less things to do here than in the old city, but I am here on a business trip, so it doesn't matter.

Come to see the concert, more than 20 minutes away from the stadium, saving the trouble of taking the subway. It is also convenient to eat downstairs, close to Metro Line 2, and there are buses downstairs. The big bed room booked is quite small, the facilities are relatively old, the air conditioner is quite dusty, and the sound insulation effect is also general. The price is a bit expensive for this condition.

Facilities: Well-equipped, especially the bedding. Atour's pillows are the only ones I've ever found comfortable! Hygiene: Clean and tidy. The room wasn't big, but it was spotless. Service: The service was absolutely impeccable, thoughtful in every detail. When I checked in, they immediately offered me water. When I checked out, they asked if I needed a bottle of water to take with me. I truly had such a wonderful experience~ Even five-star hotels aren't this attentive.

The location is fantastic for getting around, especially if you're going to the Olympic Sports Center Stadium. You can just walk there, which is super convenient for concerts – no need to leave super early! It saved a lot of time. The whole place was clean and tidy. They even thoughtfuly provided seat cushions, cool wet wipes, and mosquito repellent stickers for the concert-goers. I'll definitely stay here again next time I come for a concert.

very friendly staff and everything we need was there. Laundry was a bit mess but at least it was free. Free vehicle parking is a bonus. Felt new and modern.
