I've booked rooms here multiple times, and overall, I'm extremely satisfied. Guests consistently mention the great food and excellent service. I'd definitely recommend it to friends visiting Shenyang from out of town. It's also very close to concert venues and just a 10-minute drive from the airport!

I was getting ready to shower and pulled out my towel. It was visibly stained! I wondered if it had been changed. My impression of this hotel was instantly negative. Someone knocked on my door and handed me a small card at night, which made the impression even worse. If I ordered takeout, the front desk would bring it to my room door, which was fine. There was a scale in the room, which I could use when checking in my luggage.

When I asked her which floor the laundry room was on, she offered to help me wash my clothes and then bring them to my room. Originally, I could just wash them myself. She said the clothes were in the box, so it wouldn’t be a problem. She said it was fine and I happened to see it. I was not feeling well. Help me take my luggage to the room. It was just in time to give her the clothes. She washed them for me and let me have a good rest in the room. When she said this, it was not easy to refuse, so she agreed. When she gave me the clothes, she asked me if I was feeling better after taking medicine. I was really touched and grateful for this perfect check-in experience when I gave her my last two pills. It was a pity that I didn’t see her when I checked out. I really wanted to say thank you to her in person.
