The front desk service was very enthusiastic. My stay experience was genuinely excellent. I rarely leave reviews, but this time I really do recommend it. We stayed in a double room, but there were three of us. It's only about 20 minutes from the airport. The room was clean and quiet. Overall, I would definitely recommend it and give it a good review.

It's a pretty solid hotel for the price. The buffet is spectacular for its cheapness and the superior room was spacious and quiet. I found the bed quite comfortable. One thing that's pretty annoying is there's only one elevator for hotel guests. It provides for some pretty long wait times or cramped standing room. It's strange because there are like four elevators but the other ones are used for housekeeping or other tasks.

Facilities: Well-equipped, especially the bedding. Atour's pillows are the only ones I've ever found comfortable! Hygiene: Clean and tidy. The room wasn't big, but it was spotless. Service: The service was absolutely impeccable, thoughtful in every detail. When I checked in, they immediately offered me water. When I checked out, they asked if I needed a bottle of water to take with me. I truly had such a wonderful experience~ Even five-star hotels aren't this attentive.

This is our first choice of hotels in Shenyang. The management is excellent, and it shows in how the staff do their jobs and how they treat customers. It is always a pleasure to interact with the competent, efficient staff at the front desk. The kitchen staff prepare an excellent breakfast and are always friendly and welcoming even during the busiest times. Housekeeping on the eighth floor, especially Ms. Liu, made sure our rooms were spotless, comfortable and fully stocked with water and toiletries. She would regularly inquire whether we needed anything else during our stay. Overall, the hotel is clean and welcoming. Let's start with the pros: 1. The Wi-Fi signal is good. 2. The TV is a Xiaomi device, and the picture quality is decent. 3. The bathtub has anti-slip grab bars. 4. If you're a fan of the Liaoning Flying Leopards basketball team, this hotel is their designated resting place. You might see players and coaches and even get autographs. Now for the cons: 1. The hygiene is poor. There was a noticeable stain on the sofa in the room. Also, the hotel's cleaning staff isn't very thorough; the impression from the plastic bag in the bathtub from last night still hadn't been cleaned up. 2. If you want to take a bath, the water isn't hot. 3. Breakfast is relatively monotonous, and the food isn't very warm.

The hotel is very close to the subway, it takes about five minutes to walk, there is a Ruixing Haidilao convenience store downstairs, especially convenient, the room is very large and clean, the sound insulation is not very good but there is no impact, the downstairs is not noisy when sleeping, the front desk sister attitude is also very good, check in is very convenient

The location is indeed great, the service is excellent, and the bed is very comfortable. The front desk staff were also very responsive to all requests. However, on the last night, the air conditioning wouldn't start, and I woke up feeling hot. The AC needs to be repaired.

Staying at the Housereli Hotel during my trip to Shenyang was a fantastic experience, everything was just perfect. The hotel's location is a huge plus, right next to Yingpan Street subway station. It made getting to attractions like the Shenyang Imperial Palace and Olympic Sports Center incredibly easy with minimal transfers. The area around the hotel is also packed with shops, supermarkets, and restaurants, making it super convenient for getting around and finding food. Housekeeping in the room was excellent. The entire space was sparkling clean and bright, with no stains or dust in the bathroom or around the bedside. The bedding was fluffy and comfortable, and there were plenty of toiletries provided, making for a refreshing and reassuring stay. The breakfast buffet was a standout feature, with a great variety of hot dishes, noodles, pastries, and fresh fruit. Everything tasted good, and children under 1.2 meters eat for free, which is a great deal for families. The hotel staff provided thoughtful and attentive service. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and any requests were promptly addressed. Plus, there's free parking available, which is a big bonus for guests traveling by car. This hotel is ideal for both leisure and business trips. It's my top choice for accommodation in Shenyang, and I'll definitely be staying here again on future visits.

I've booked rooms here multiple times, and overall, I'm extremely satisfied. Guests consistently mention the great food and excellent service. I'd definitely recommend it to friends visiting Shenyang from out of town. It's also very close to concert venues and just a 10-minute drive from the airport!
