What a comfortable stay! Xiao Gao's service was superb; he patiently answered all my questions and even helped me solve some problems. It's close to the airport. The room was well-equipped, the bedding was clean, and the mattress was just the right firmness. The service was also excellent. The hotel breakfast was plentiful and varied, even including freshly ground coffee. Definitely a five-star review!

We stayed here for a week after dropping our child off at school. Each room had a washing machine, which was very convenient for laundry. The bath towels and face towels were disposable and even towel-style, making them especially convenient and easy to use. The toothbrushes were also very good. The cleaning lady was excellent; she cleaned for us every day and changed the sheets every three days. We booked a large room, which was quite spacious and very comfortable.

The room is big, new and clean and very comfortable lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, we love the views from our room window. What is most outstanding is the amount of helps the owner has provided to us during our stay:- 1. On the first day, we misplaced our international plug which means we cannot charge our phone, the owner helped to make purchases on our behalf and the plugs was delivered within an hour. 2. On the last day when we checked out, we dropped a watch when we boarded a taxi, however we only realised after 30 minutes, although we all knew it's very unlikely it will still be near the boarding area, we texted the owner again for help, and albeit skeptical that the watch will still be laying around, he helped to go personally to confirm that no watch is there. The service we received from this hotel is outstanding, we will definitely come back if we visit Shenyang again!!!
