Downstairs, there's the TV Tower Night Market, and it's super close to many attractions, making getting around very convenient. The room felt cozy, spacious, and bright, with newer facilities that weren't old or outdated. Definitely recommend! There's also a parking lot nearby (P.S. it's a paid parking lot, but very convenient). With so many people in the summer, I was worried about finding parking, and we arrived quite late, but it was great – we parked right away. I had communicated with the host in advance, and they sent the parking location directly. After parking, it was just a short walk, as shown in their video. Check-in was smooth, and I'll definitely be back next time. Highly recommend!!!

I believe many people, like me, booked a hotel nearby for their US visa application. I have to say, the location is super convenient, just a 3-minute walk to the visa center. It's an older hotel, but the facilities are well-maintained. I specifically chose a quiet room type, and it was indeed very good. The street next to it is full of great food, and I even managed to visit the Shenyang 'mini-Forbidden City'. In the end, I successfully got my visa, haha! We were very satisfied with our family trip to Hanting. The room was clean, well-lit, and soundproofed, so our child slept soundly. The staff were friendly and attentive. The bed was just the right firmness, comfortable for both adults and children. Breakfast was provided, which our child enjoyed. It was great value for money, making family travel worry-free and reassuring. We would definitely choose Hanting again next time.

On the first floor of the building is the Chaejiantap Street, where there is an endless morning market in the mornings and a night market of the same size after 5 pm—no need to move anywhere else. Through the WeChat app, everything is handled immediately within 5 minutes by communicating with the manager regarding towels, bottled water, fruit knives, cleaning requests, etc. — Check-in is via WeChat or phone call at the first floor of the building, located 200 meters from Youth Park subway exits B and C. — No deposit required. The room is top-notch, equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, stove, laundry detergent, etc. Bottled water is replenished immediately if needed. — In particular, the female manager's attitude, bright smile, sincerity, and promptness were all the best. This is my second time staying at this apartment. It's close to the subway, very clean, and has a great room layout. It's spacious and bright (with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a panoramic view), and also has an elegant and relaxing atmosphere (wooden tea table and glass tea set on the tatami, yellow plum blossoms in the corner, and an oil painting on the wall). The TV, air conditioning, bedside lamp, and hairdryer are all from reputable brands. Most importantly, the young lady at the reception is enthusiastic and generous; she's upgraded my room for free every time. Staying in this room with the tatami and tea bar lifts my spirits and makes my travels smooth. Highly recommended, it's a hidden gem of an apartment! 👍👍👍
