Clean, hygienic, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The room itself was very spacious and bright. Downstairs, there's the TV Tower Night Market, and it's super close to many attractions, making getting around very convenient. The room felt cozy, spacious, and bright, with newer facilities that weren't old or outdated. Definitely recommend! There's also a parking lot nearby (P.S. it's a paid parking lot, but very convenient). With so many people in the summer, I was worried about finding parking, and we arrived quite late, but it was great – we parked right away. I had communicated with the host in advance, and they sent the parking location directly. After parking, it was just a short walk, as shown in their video. Check-in was smooth, and I'll definitely be back next time. Highly recommend!!!

Let me start with the positives. The hotel environment is excellent, very close to the subway station, and the room view is great. The swimming pool and fitness area are fantastic. The front desk staff and service personnel were all very good and responsive. The robot room service was also very convenient. Now for the downsides. For a hotel at this price point, the bathroom amenities are really subpar, significantly worse than comparable hotels. Secondly, during both nights of our stay, we encountered wedding rooms on our floor. The front desk did not inform us upon check-in if we minded being on the same floor as wedding parties. In the morning, relatives of the wedding party staying in a nearby room kept opening and closing their door, creating a lot of noise. When I reported this to customer service, the hotel manager who responded actually questioned my feedback, telling me the wedding room was 'a certain distance' from mine. He used the most polite tone to say the most disrespectful things, which made me very uncomfortable. After learning there would be another wedding party on the second night, they offered to move us to a different floor. Ultimately, they resolved the issue of noise on the second night by moving the wedding party to a different floor. However, regarding the disturbance to our rest on the first night, all I got was a 'sorry.' Moreover, the security guards downstairs did nothing about the wedding car convoy; they occupied two lanes for a long time, preventing our pre-booked vehicle from entering. We had to walk to the intersection ourselves. In summary, for the same price point, I would not highly recommend this hotel, because at this price, hotels are all about the details and service.

The most memorable part of our stay at Swissôtel Shenyang was Eric, our Les Clefs d'Or Concierge Manager. He reached out before arrival to understand our needs and always stayed one step ahead, handling our questions and last-minute requests with calm professionalism and genuine care. If service is an art, Eric is a true artist — he writes the most touching verses during a guest's stay, and as an architect of beautiful memories, he turns ordinary service into an art form, making every encounter unforgettable. The central location, high-floor lake view, and quiet comfortable rooms were all wonderful, but it was this feeling of being truly cared for that made the trip special. We will definitely return and ask for Eric again. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed staying here. The staff is helpful in taking my questions, it’s in a quiet neighbourhood on a high floor overlooking a green park, and has a nice tatami corner to just chill. Close to the metro and central to both the airport and city area with many bus connections. Since it’s an apartment style, it really felt like a home away from home. Was a bit reluctant to leave and would stay again if I return to Shenyang.

The room was pretty standard and met expectations, but what really exceeded them was: 1. The hotel has a **delivery locker** outside, making it incredibly convenient to order takeout. You can also have the front desk send it up with a smart delivery robot. 2. The hotel's location is excellent. It's directly across from MixC shopping mall and next to Youth Park, so you're just a step away from walks, shopping, and dining. It's also not far from various attractions. 3. If you love tennis, book this hotel! There's a tennis court on the fourth floor where you can book 1-on-1 private lessons. I stayed here for three days and played tennis every single day, without wasting any time on travel.

The facilities were comprehensive and smart, making everything convenient. The lobby book bar had a great atmosphere. The late-night congee service was a heartwarming touch, and they even gave me a bottle of water when I checked out – it's the little details that count! The location is convenient, and it offers great value for money. This hotel is definitely on my list for a return stay!

The overall experience was very pleasant, without any stiff formalities – it felt comfortable, like staying with friends. This is a reliable place to stay when in Shenyang, and I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

I arrived early, worried I'd have a long wait to check in, but Olivia was incredibly thoughtful and efficient. She got me checked in early and even upgraded my room for free, which was beyond my expectations. Her service was warm and attentive, communication was smooth throughout, and she was so patient and gentle. The entire check-in process was pleasant and hassle-free. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The space is clean, bright, and well-maintained, making for an excellent workout experience. The overall ambiance of the hotel is elegant, and the service quality meets five-star standards. Everything was very satisfying, making Grand Hyatt Shenyang an excellent choice for accommodation during travel.
