First of all, the location is very good. If you want to watch a performance at the Liaoning Grand Theater, it is just across the street. It's very close to the subway exit, 5 minutes. It is also close to Hang Lung Plaza, which is very convenient. Secondly, the safety factor is high, the door is opened with a password, and the elevator card is swiped, which feels good. The third is that the facilities are complete, and there is a refrigerator in the house, which is really useful in summer. There is a kitchenette, apartment style. In the end, the service was also very good. The guy at the front desk on the first floor was very carefree, and the check-in and check-out were very fast. The key price is not expensive, recommended.

I booked a hotel for my family. Because the hotel was newly opened, I was a little nervous at first. Later, my family sent me a photo saying that the hotel is very high-end. Just arrived in Shenyang, I encountered snow, the hotel front desk staff upgraded the room type, the room was quite clean, the heating was too sufficient, the window was opened, the breakfast was relatively simple, and the overall satisfaction was quite satisfactory.

Great experience; appreciate the warm hospitality from everyone, from concierge to front office, housekeeping to restaurant and lounge. Also loved the stunning bird’s eye view of Shenyang and the cozy night view in the evening!! Only one slight disappointment: the hotel doesn’t have any international sockets (albeit being an international brand - not sure if that’s the norm in China though). Plus-point was when the call centre staff took the initiative to send their concierge member to buy an adapter for me when I called them and was told that they didn’t have any adapters available in the hotel at that point in time to lend me. Really appreciated the initiative. Though the concierge member brought the wrong type of adapter (China to UK instead UK to China - thought that should be at least commonsensical for someone working in an international brand); and he was slightly unpleasant to deal with when he demanded for payment for the adaptor even though the wrong type was bought. He was also hesitant to escalate the issue to the duty manager at first until I really insisted. Duty manager resolved the issue seamlessly, took the initiative to bring one from their office and sent all the way to my room - again appreciate it. Overall, great environment and professional but warm hospitality. All other concierge members were also extremely helpful! Jacky also took initiative to send me a GPS location of the nearby police post when I needed to settle some documents there.

Stayed for three days. The lady on the night shift at the front desk was enthusiastic. The room was cleaned up very clean. The newly opened shopkeeper made a clean and stylish layout. The location is good. It’s a 5-minute walk from Exit A of the Qingnian Street subway station. The wifi is fast and the TV can be casted. There are a lot of delicious food near the supermarket on the left side of the door. During the three days of staying here, I personally feel that the water valve sealing rubber ring in the wash room on the first floor should not be installed properly. When the valve is opened, the sound is loud and can be heard in the room. It is recommended to replace it.

I have returned to my hometown after 20 years, and the familiar city is already a foreigner to me. Ctrip chose a hotel with a very impressive name. Because of the delay of the high-speed rail, Ctrip helped to negotiate and modify the order in time. After checking in, a girl with a badge with a poem on it quickly helped to check in. The twin beds are spacious enough. The twin beds are bigger than other hotels, the air conditioner works well, and the room service is prompt. The lobby manager ~ Xiaomei also contacted and communicated in time, and all the services I needed were provided in time. The variety and taste of the breakfast buffet are very good, and the children enjoyed it very much. There are quite a lot of meetings in the building. I will stay here next time I come back. There is iced lemonade in the lobby for guests to cool off. It seems that there is still a lot of space for some high-end ice cream and tea drinks. The hot summer is coming. I wish the business will be better and better, and Liaoning's economy will also develop rapidly.

The hotel is conveniently located 10 minutes away from the Shenyang Railway station. What l liked the most, is that the staff speaks English, which makes checking in and out easy. The breakfast menu was was also fair, with a range of western food. The hotel does need a bit of renovation, but for the price . It’s a good serviced hotel, with a washing machine, stove and fridge.
