__WeChat252775****This stay at Conrad Shenyang with my friend completely exceeded our expectations! I especially want to commend the housekeeper – she'd always knock softly and quietly, and proactively ask if we needed more bottled water or toiletries. She was incredibly meticulous when tidying the room; she even gently placed my earphones, which I'd left casually on the nightstand, onto the desktop tray. So thoughtful!
The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable: the desk and vanity were spotless, the bathroom counter and mirror had not a single water stain, and the bedding was perfectly smooth and soft. Even tiny crumbs in the sofa crevices had been cleaned away. The moment we walked into the room, it felt fresh and reassuring.
Overall, from the detailed service to the immaculate cleanliness, we both had a wonderfully comfortable stay. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we're in Shenyang!

The hotel itself is grand and impressive, with spacious, bright, impeccably clean, and wonderfully quiet rooms. The service is attentive, with attention to detail truly showing the quality. These details are also reflected in the rich array of facilities: a fun-filled arcade, a relaxing projector bathtub room, authentic and spicy Hunan cuisine alongside hearty Northeastern dishes at the restaurants, unlimited complimentary mineral water in the rooms, an elegant 'influencer' fish pond, a well-equipped gym and laundry room, and a convenient private parking lot.

On the 9th floor, there's a kids' play area, game room, gym, and a well-appointed spa pool. The location is also fantastic, right above Taiyuan Street Pedestrian Street and very close to Zhongshan Square. For those interested in a morning market, the Bayi Morning Market is just across from Bayi Park, a short taxi ride away (minimum fare). There's also a self-service bento box place across the street if you're looking for a good value meal.

3300018****The room's surroundings are elegant, the facilities are complete, and the hygiene is good. The large indoor hot tub is operated by a light switch (it took me a while to find it!). We received welcome fruits, and the staff, noticing we had a child, provided extra blankets, several bottles of water, and children's toiletries. There's an electric shuttle service to and from the lobby. Our butler, Xiao Li, was excellent – communication was smooth, and he promptly registered our license plate for easy access. The breakfast was rich and better than what you'd typically find at a five-star hotel. However, there are a couple of downsides: 1. For a room costing over a thousand yuan per night, there's no mini-fridge, which is inconvenient for chilling fruits, medicine, yogurt, or cold drinks. 2. The restaurant service wasn't very enthusiastic. After ordering, they didn't proactively offer hot water, though they would provide it if asked. This falls short of what you'd expect from mainstream chain restaurants and hotels. We ordered two sugar pancakes for dinner that evening, but they never arrived, and neither we nor the staff remembered or reminded us – great.

It's also convenient to walk to the Shenyang Imperial Palace and Zhang Xueliang's Former Residence, and easy to take the subway to the Shenyang Museum. Zhongjie Street is right downstairs, so dining, drinking, and shopping are very convenient. The breakfast buffet is ample and meets travel needs. The only minor issue is that the air conditioning isn't very cold, and the strong fan can be a bit noisy. Sleeping with the window open was actually cooler.

MM57101****What a surprise, I booked it for one day at first, fearing it would be uncomfortable. I didn't expect the boss and the front desk service to be so good. So I booked another day. The air conditioner in the middle room was broken, so the boss took the initiative to change the room. The cleaning lady was as warm and welcoming as a family member. She took such good care of our family that we felt embarrassed. The hotel is not far from anywhere and has its own parking lot. I had a great time staying in Shenyang this time. Thank you to all the hotel staff and thank you for your service.
