入住時，我選擇的有窗房，結果入住後，發現是內置窗。找服務員調換，他們説我定的就是這個房間。還有這樣誆騙消費者的，説不能調換。當時還有一名客户放映一個團隊客户講課噪音大，申請調換，我也提出了。服務人員説不能調換。這個團隊客人，一直鬧騰噪音非常大到後半夜，我打了好幾個電話，讓酒店工作人員去處理，結果是濤聲依舊。第二天，遇見酒店工作人員，他們也在説這個團隊客人折騰一宿，都不能好好休息。第二天起床，我就噁心頭暈腦脹，與室內空氣不好和休息不好有很大因素。由於有非常重要的事情，我沒有去當地醫院就診，這也是後續，酒店對我放映的情況不很在意處理的因素，因為我沒有證據。退房後，與酒店經理溝通，也沒有提出合理的解決方案。
