整體還是很不錯的，出行方便，附近地鐵口。依舊有豪華的氣息，大廳氣派，停車場給力，衞生間熱水挺好。就是屋內設施有點陳舊了。

先給結論：差評！
沒有找到酒店內部的投訴渠道，無奈在此發佈。
國慶出遊，衝著“工會”兩個字預訂了這個酒店，沒想到在前台入住遇到夜班服務人員（馬XX），第一句話就是陰沉個臉要200元“鑰匙”按金，全程對話既沒有站立又態度生硬，滿臉的不開心直懟顧客，質問她的服務態度，答曰：天生如此，沒有整容😡🥵，一副天老大她老二的驕橫。一路的好心情在此煙消雲散。
晚上想起看看網上點評，多次出現對服務態度的負面評價，酒店回覆都是加強培訓和教育，不知是應付了事還是教育了沒有效果。其實最有效的教育，就是直接除名。工會大廈的旗下，應該不缺員工吧？怎麼會留下這樣既不敬業、又不通人情的服務人員？
心情不好，看哪裡都是毛病，特別是房間隔音不好，臨近城市幹道高架路，道路隔音板衹起裝飾作用，沒有消音效果，整晚的汽車聲音，好不容易入睡，又被隔壁的噴嚏咳嗽驚醒。
倒是旁邊的王厚元餃子，從店面、服務到口味都值得品嚐，想吃瀋陽餃子的可以過來，否則最好另選別家。

入住體驗很好，交通便利，環境舒適乾淨，作為一個老字號酒店，這麼多年酒店無論是設施還是環境跟裝修都很好，唯一就是早餐的餐點不太豐富
