酒店就在瀋陽站對面，地鐵瀋陽站C出口的旁邊，交通非常方便。
酒店樓下就有好些小吃店，周邊就更加不用説了。雖然在火車站的商圈裡，但房間非常的安靜，特別是不臨街的，更加是沒有一點雜音。
雖然現代樓離大堂稍微遠一點，但走廊的老照片還挺有意思的。前台服務和客房服務仍然一如既往的好，熱情反應及時。
