晚上突然來姨媽弄到床單上很不好意思給前台打電話來更換床單。來的大姨一上來就説教和教育我們。且説女生不應該把姨媽弄的哪裡都是。隨之她開始拍視頻各種絮叨説你們看這整的全是血諸如此類的話。我們理解她彙報工作。她看我們不講話，繼續開始對我們教育。大姨非常蠻橫霸道不允許我對她的話有意見。之後左衣經理過來處理。與其協商時態度很好，安慰我們情緒並且表達歉意。我們很感謝並且在後來拿來了紅糖水和暖貼。 我本來是打算給差評到清潔人員，但是經理的處理態度我真的感覺到很真誠和耐心。

非常滿意！！服務特別熱情，親切，遇到的每一名服務人員態度都特別好，真誠，不是那種例行公事的虛情假意，很温暖的感覺！帶着熊孩子，前台主動提供小童拖鞋牙具還有卡通小毛巾；滿足熊孩子的各種饞蟲；入住比較晚，主動提醒晚上有免費粥吃；外出時還會主動提醒帶礦泉水…暖心
唯一感覺不十分滿意的地方是房間的燈光控制，如果再細分點能調光就更好了！

酒店設施先進，衞生乾淨整潔。接待人員熱情周到，重點表揚一下酒店保安人員，幫客人送個外賣不小心碰壞了一罐啤酒，客人都説沒關係的，但是保安人員自己掏錢買了一罐給客人送到了房間。很負責任
