Tianhe Express Hotel (Shenyang Middle Street Forbidden City)

交通非常便捷，就在中街旁，離地鐵口就幾分鐘，出門就是個大早市，無論去哪個景點都非常方便，還免費升級了房間，超讚！

When I checked in, the hotel was under renovation and it was a bit noisy. The 3 ladies at the counter, Tang and Wu, were very nice. Zhao was the most rude and said she didn't know anything. The hotel location was excellent, 500m to metro station, near to morning market, breakfast (Chinese style) was ok. Thank you.

房間大小合適，價格適中

The room has no air conditioning (to be installed), the front desk staff was expressionless and indifferent, there was no bottled water in the room, so we had to drink tap water in the bathroom. Overall, it needs improvement.

服務態度較差，設施一般。

There was a strange smell as soon as I entered the room. It might be the sewer or the bathroom. I took a shower at 10:30 pm and there was no hot water. I contacted the front desk and they said that there would be hot water if I turned on the water. I turned on the faucet and shower for 10 minutes and there was no sign of it getting hot. There was black sediment in the water coming out of the faucet and it was black water. There was nothing in the room except a small roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Soap and hair dryer had to be borrowed from the front desk downstairs. There was no mineral water in the room. The sound insulation in the room was very poor.

1. Checked in at 12pm, went downstairs to get takeaway at 11am the next day, thought I would leave after eating, the room card was invalid, went to the front desk, and they said "hurry up!" I have stayed in so many hotels, this is the first time I have encountered a guest who was kicked out before 12pm, the woman at the front desk looked like I owed her money! Very bad attitude! 2. The room doesn't even have an air conditioner, it's going to be yellow soon. 3. There is a big road outside the window, it was dinging and banging all night, I couldn't rest well at all! There were several workers crawling outside my window during the day. 4. The room was in a mess, the phone didn't work, it was just a decoration, the door was broken, the pillows and quilts had been used for many years, they were yellowed, and they were very thin, mineral water was not provided, and the wash basin was even dirtier, I didn't take a picture!

The room we stayed in was a little small, which is understandable because the location is very good and close to Zhongjie Street. There was a small episode when checking in, and finally a sister at the front desk solved it for me. Her service was really good, haha. I have to give a lot of praise to this sister. It's really not easy to take a baby out, thank you sister for your understanding!
