這家酒店的設施非常棒，床鋪舒適，服務人員（小夥子：小李）熱情周到。房間挺大挺乾淨，孩子耳機和褲子落在酒店了。第一時間就去房間找東西同時拍照還給安排了快遞，而且早餐好吃服務態度好性價比超高。

五一出遊，第一天住酒店就遇到無語的事情，屋裡麪空調壞了，温度達到30度，要不是帶着孩子不方便，半夜都想退房，關鍵是屋裡空調關閉，一晚上都是吱吱響的聲音，一晚上沒睡覺，難道酒店在我入住之前不知道空調壞了嗎？是不是看我在網上預訂，領着孩子沒法退房，特意將壞的給我們。欺騙消費者，給前台打電話，除了解決不了就是解決不了，以後不會在到該酒店入住了，
