去看郭富城演唱會住了一晚，酒店門口沒有無障礙通道，艱難把行李箱提上台階，門口的工作人員全程冷眼旁觀，走的時候也是如此，之前有工作人員打電話説憑演唱會門票給應援包，辦理入住時沒給,下樓去看演唱會時去前台要應援包，前台問我辦入住時沒拿嗎？臉色難看得像是我多要了一份是的，怎麼和頤的服務現在如此不盡如人意了嗎？這一點真的應該學學全季和桔子，之後的多次外出都選擇的全季和桔子，服務是真的好。
