訂的兩間房兩晚上，同一張訂單，因為有一間入住人名字錯了一個字，到了就説沒有房間，衹有一間房。客人以為少定一間也沒好意思問我，自己重訂了。結果都第二天晚上很晚了才打電話問為什麼不入住？早怎麼不問？怎麼沒入住？在你們別的房間客人自己重新訂的。還不能退錢。就這麼服務的啊？真是最差勁

酒店地理位置很理想，符合本次出行的需求，酒店服務也很熱情，就是在房間內馬桶上有一些煙灰沒有打掃乾淨，房間床頭的USB插頭，有一個是壞的，有一個接觸也不太好，另外就是臨時漲價，這個房間價格漲了一倍還多很多，還不帶早餐，簡直有點離譜，其他都還可以吧。
