The ataff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean.But we had an uncomfortable stay. We booked two rooms. It was really hot during our stay (summer) but the airconditioners were not working well. We didnt sleep well. I guess the hotel is old and the ACs as well. You can’t open the windows otherwise you’ll invite bugs inside. Breakfast was OK but they could do better with coffee selection amd bread. It was quiet and peaceful around the vicinity of the hotel. Just bring some insect repellants.

Magnificent

Great breakfast. We got a bigger room and were checked in early. The room was huge, with an office.

The place is very big and the scenery is very beautiful. We arrived in the afternoon and originally planned to stroll around the surrounding attractions, but the children were attracted by the naughty castle and outdoor playground in the hotel and didn't go anywhere 😂 The attitude of the service staff was very good.

This is my second stay. The environment and facilities are very good, and the service is very considerate. I called to ask if the central air conditioner has warm air, and the front desk immediately called back to ask if the room is cold and if an electric heater is needed! I will choose to stay again when I come to Outlet and Qipanshan in the future.

The food gets cold after a while. It's not friendly to young babies. The variety is relatively simple and not very suitable for laughing babies. I hope it will get better and better. The hotel is relatively large, close to tourist attractions, and convenient for travel. If you don't want to rush to the attractions, staying in the hotel is also very suitable for walking the baby. The venue is large enough and the hotel service is also very good. Seeing that our baby is relatively young, they gave us free breakfast. I hope it will get better and better.

The hotel lobby is very grand, there are many rooms, the surrounding environment is also OK, the lake is frozen in winter and you can walk on it and move around freely, the room is also large, the hygiene is OK, but it is a bit old, there is a problem with the door of the bathroom, overall I am very satisfied

As soon as I entered the room, I saw two places with food left over, which greatly reduced my impression. During the Chinese New Year, I felt that there were not enough staff and the service was not up to par. The lobby was very cold, and the dishes at the breakfast place got cold after a while. In short, it is still far from a five-star hotel.
