又一次入住桔子，依舊是優質的服務（美中不足會在後麪描述），完善的設施，賓至如歸的感受。
唯一一點不太滿意的地方就是，辦理入住時被告知可以得兩張延時至14點的退房券，需要我提供一個手機驗證碼。出於信任直接提供了。但仔細看短訊才發現，短訊顯示“華住會”字樣，因為開始讓辦理付費會員時已拒絕，但這個雖是免費，也應明確告知是註冊華住會會員，得到允許後再給註冊，而不是以得到延時退房券作為一個理由隱瞞註冊會員的事實，有被矇蔽的感覺。在本人一再追問確定後才得知是被註冊了會員，我認為註冊前應該是本人完全瞭解權利義務後自願加入而不是被“欺騙”入會，這個行為本身確實有欺騙消費者之嫌。希望給其他消費者提個醒。提供驗證碼的安全隱患存在於生活中很多方面，希望予以警醒。也希望酒店加強管理的同時，反思管理漏洞，是否是因為以註冊會員數量作為績效考核指標，導致員工此行為的發生。
