I was quite disappointed with the service rendered by the hotel staff. I booked two rooms for my family to stay. When we arrived only one room was avail and the second we had to wait to be cleaned. We gave our number for the hotel staff to call us when the second room was ready. However, they never called so we had dinner and headed back to the hotel later in the evening. To our surprise the hotel staff said they tried to call but since we didn’t leave a local number they didn’t call after confirming with them before hand that it was ok to leave my Hk number. They separated us in another room rather than having us in two rooms together. Was quite disappointed when I booked a two rooms in advance as I had kids and the elderly travelling with me. This hotel is clearly managed by inexperienced hotel staff as the service was very average. Not the Hilton standard you would come to expect. Breakfast buffet is also not at a Hilton standard. Oily food that is left there for a long time can see restaurant staff lacked care and attention to detail. The hotel manager did come and apologise the next morning for the mishap and gave our kids some toys and biscuits which I thought was a nice touch and they did try with service recovery. If you wanted no frills Hilton quality I think you will be disappointed. You will probably get better service and cleanliness from their lower end sister hotel like Hampton Futian for example or even a Atour hotel. This is supposed to be one of the best hotels in Longhua district but you can definitely feel the substandard service the minute you check in.

Paul was exceptionally kind. The hotel has two locations. Single bed lofts are in building 8 and two bed lofts are in building 5. When I arrived late, the transfer service was unavailable, so he walked me to the next building. It was just a five minute walk, but I appreciate the kind service. In the building of my loft, I didn't understand how to turn on the heat, so a young lady at the front desk walked me to my room and showed me how to use the air remote controller. The included breakfast was from KFC and is hung on your doorknob at 7am. Also, the hotel I stayed in is a 40 floor residential building with lofts being rented out for guest. Very quiet. Pros: a convenient store on ground floor. Clean. 10 min. walking distance from guangtou subway c1 exit. Cons: toilet in shower stall. A bit of smell from toilet/shower stall at night. A sex blind box is placed in the room.... An unfinished construction site next to it but good thing around the corner is a big main Street with restaurants

The overall hardware facilities are good, but the management is really not flattering. It was almost 7:00 p.m. when we arrived at the hotel. There was no clean room, so we couldn't check in right away. We had to wait another 20 minutes for the aunt to clean it right away. The room had a slightly unpleasant smell presumably due to the haste of cleaning. The room assigned to my colleague had no wardrobe, just a simple shelf. In addition, none of the gifts displayed in the reservation on Ctrip. I have high expectations from the hotel reviews before booking. I can only say that there are still many details to be improved. I believe that the hotel also has some objective reasons. This experience is considered unlucky.

Hotel is located in an industrial area but not far away from Yifang Tiandi which is a very large shopping mall with plenty of shopping, entertainment and restaurants. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to a slightly bigger Superior room. Hotel offered free breakfast, rooms were comfortable and had 8 USB ports (I counted).

The hotel is located next to the Huawei base. There are many industrial parks and few restaurants nearby. When traveling, we mainly rely on taxis. However, it is convenient to call a taxi via mobile phone in the mainland, so it will not have a big impact. The hotel was completed in 2018 and renovated in 2023. The facilities are new and clean. The room has sufficient air conditioning, the toilet has sufficient water pressure, the bed is comfortable, and the TV is large enough. HK$770 includes breakfast for two people. The breakfast style is simple and basic. I will upgrade to the hotel for free. For a larger room with a view, I personally feel that the charge exceeds expectations. There are Jinkeng Ancient Town and Twenty-Four Histories Academy nearby. The night view is very beautiful and definitely worth a visit.
