Very Standard Tranditional Chinese 5 Start hotel. The room clean and reception helped upgraded the Executive room which was very nice. Service staff very helpful. Breakfast more Chinese, not so many chooices. Sweet dessert taste hard seems not fresh, a bit disappointment with the breakfast. They has a vauble Traditional Chinese funiture chaire for guest to seat, which is very good part, very comfortable.

You can see the planes taking off and landing. There are many varieties in the morning. Refreshments are provided in the lobby. The coffee is ground to a high standard. Like and free delivery. Had a 2 hours stay before catch flight in the midnight. No airport transfer from 5pm - 3am. Room is too small for 2 persons, the walkway between bed to tv is less than 90cm 😵💫😵💫 . Don’t trust the photo. Attracted me because it said newly renovated but cleanliness is just normal.. I think that’s a better choice of hotel around airport with the same price.

My flight arrived in the middle of the night, around  00.30. Hotel picked me up privately. Free of charge. Arrived hotel around 01.00, 3 front office staffs,  gave  very warm full of smiles faces. And when I enterd the room, WOW. Very spacious, newly renovated and clean. Honestly, when I booked the hotel, with this price, I had very low expectation. Breakfast included, although only simple meals, all fresh cooked and tasted good. I only booked for one night, but ended up stayed for a week there. And also went back there one day before my flight back home. If the location was not far from city centre I would stay there for my whole trip in Shenzhen. When you book hotels via online, usually everything looks nicer than the reality.  However, Shenzhen Airport Hotel gives you beyond expectation experience. I'm very satisfied with Shenzhen Airport Hotel. I think I will give 5 * ++ rating if possible. Definitely will come back again next time.

It’s been a long time since I’ve stayed in such a good hotel. The room is so big that it’s only 190 yuan. This cost-effective hotel is really a bargain, and the room has a minimum of 20 square meters. The lady upstairs is really responsible for cleaning. The lady at the front desk is a little brother Very warm, the service is very good, very nice, I may come here again on a business trip next time, after all, it is really convenient to have a 24-hour pick-up. There is no need to wait for the bus when you get out of the airport, there is a hotel car to pick you up directly, one word is simple to travel, I don’t need to think about the way to go hahaha, and pay special attention to girls who really don’t have to be afraid of traveling alone, there are 24 hours security guard

The hotel is neat and clean, pretty comfortable. There is free shuttle service to/from airport, and the driver is really nice, he help us a lot when I”m trying to pick my son from the airport in the middle of the night (3 AM). Very recommended.

The front desk service is very good, although I saw some comments above saying there are words, I still don't like it. I was afraid that the conditions would be poor, but the front desk service was very considerate. They provided electric mosquito coils and better-smelling mosquito coils. One was more lethal and the mosquitoes were more powerful. Because the weather in Guangdong is inherently mosquito-heavy, I turned on the air conditioner. Sleep until you wake up naturally!
