I came here to do business and stay for one night. The price is moderate and it is close to the company. The experience can only be said to be average. Let me talk about the advantages first: good location, quiet at night. Then everything else is a disadvantage. Maybe I'm used to staying in relatively new hotels like Jiji, Atour, and Juzi. This kind of apartment-style hotel really lacks some of the service and experience of staying in a hotel. First of all, the front desk is in an ordinary room on the 8th floor. It is estimated that there is a counter in the boss's own room, which is very simple and crowded. Then there is the room, ”Deluxe King Room”, the overall decoration is very poor, it is a one-bedroom room like Longhu Crown Apartment, and there are uneven paint, paint peeling and dirty marks everywhere on the wall. By the way, the bathroom is ridiculously small. I don’t know if it’s for the convenience of me sitting on the toilet while taking a shower. Slippers, hair dryers, and other items are thrown on the cabinet or in the drawer casually, and the TV cabinet is still bent. Then there are the facilities. The water flow from the faucet of the sink is very small, and the temperature of the hot water is not too hot. It takes a lot of effort to wash your face. There is a really big refrigerator, but it is very noisy, so I just unplugged it. In general, I spent a small three hundred to stay in a hotel for one night, and it turned out to be a feeling of living in a low-rent house. Maybe this kind of apartment mainly serves long-term tenants, and there may be a discounted monthly subscription price. Anyway, for someone like me who stayed for one night, I just feel cheated. I regret not spending dozens more to live in Atour. that's it.

Will Come BK AGAIN: During my recent trip to a bustling metropolis, I had the pleasure of staying at the Hamps Hotel, renowned for its excellent amenities and impeccable service. First Impressions: From the moment I stepped into the Hamps Hotel, I was captivated by its grandeur and elegance. The lobby exuded sophistication, adorned with exquisite chandeliers and luxurious furnishings. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff greeted me with warm smiles, making me feel instantly welcomed. The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to providing a superior guest experience were evident from the very beginning. Room and Amenities: Upon entering my room, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and tasteful decor. The room was immaculately clean, and the comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a well-stocked mini-bar, a coffee machine, and a large flat-screen television. The en-suite bathroom was equally impressive, equipped with luxurious toiletries and a rain shower that provided a refreshing experience.

The hotel is close to subway station, so it is convenient to reach. The room is really big and have everything you need for your stay. Staff is helpful. Special thx to 薛之谦 who called and informed my gf , her glassses were left in the hotel room so we could return and get them back from the reception desk.

The hotel is located in a good area in Nanshan District. The staff in the lobby are friendly and professional. However, this hotel is generally old. Walls, doors, windows, interiors, everything is old. Breakfast is not satisfactory. The menu is not international and diverse. I don't recommend it to foreigners who come on business trips to Nanshan. There are a lot of people in the lobby who sit and chat until late.

Hotel staff service is excellent though the venue location main entrance orientation is a bit weird. It’s very difficult to locate in dim nightlight the hotel if you are not local staying in China. I use food delivery service via Meituan to ease my hunger for late night supper. Can’t access any food since I stay 1 night only and check in almost near midnight and have to check out early in the morning for my flight.

The room is relatively small and there is no cloakroom, which is not convenient enough. Another problem is that the sound insulation is poor. You can hear children crying and talking in the next room, which will affect your sleep late at night. There is a desk in the room but no desk lamp.

A group of 18 people traveled during the Spring Festival. The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to the Yuehaimen subway station. The hotel lobby has a beautiful environment and a coffee bar, which is very suitable for chatting. Kiven was the receptionist who came to check in. The service was great and the problem was solved very well. It was very fast. It was really good and dedicated. The fourth floor of the hotel is the breakfast area. The breakfast area has rich dishes. There is also a 24-hour laundry room and a gym. The room was upgraded for us. The room is large and the layout is also very good. Wet and dry facilities It is separate, intelligent, and has a minibar. Everything in it is free to use. Overall, the hotel service and environment are really great. I will still choose this hotel next time I come to Kiven. It is worth recommending.

This is a great hotel situated at a beautiful area in the NanShan district. I booked the corner room and the views whilst taking a bath was amazing. There is bathing salt so as to prevent my skin getting to wrinkly after half an hour of bath. The room design is so elegant I would love to stay here for a few more days. A definite return to this hotel some time soon. The breakfast was delicious, not to mention the executive lounge experience-- wide choice of alcoholic beverages, and snacks in the evening. Excellent location for talking business.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to Vientiane World. The front desk service was friendly and we upgraded to a suite for free. The suite is quite large and the facilities are relatively new. Overall very satisfied with my stay.

The environment is elegant and comfortable. It is located in the Science and Technology Park. It is very convenient to the airport, urban area and tourist areas. The attitude of the hotel service staff is very good. The hotel front desk service is very good. They upgraded the room for me and gave me a better experience. , especially the cleaning lady, who had a super nice attitude and didn’t even reply when she was unreasonably accused by a tough old female customer. The hotel's breakfast is also quite rich. It's worth coming back next time you're on a business trip.
