I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Yantian Hotel for 3D2N. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to make my stay unforgettable. The hotel's exceptional staff, good location (just beside One Mall), and good food made it an outstanding experience. The front desk staff efficiently checked me in, making me feel right at home. They were incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to assist with any queries or requests I had throughout my stay. Their personalized service truly went above and beyond my expectations. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better. Situated right beside One Mall, with lots of restaurants and indoor playground/games for kids, the hotel was perfect for family travellers like us. Additionally, the hotel provided easy access to public transportation, making it even more convenient for visitors to navigate the area. The rooms were spacious and clean with good sea-view. The housekeeping staff maintained the rooms flawlessly, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment throughout my stay. In conclusion, my time at the Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Yantian Hotel was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yantian. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Yantian Hotel guarantees a memorable experience that exceeds expectations. Too expensive for what you get, pool was closed too. Definitely stay in a cheaper hotel if you ever want to visit Shekou. Rooms too dark and depressing, trying to be cool but it’s just hard to see.

If someone wants to enjoy the stay in a hotel near beach side, this is the perfect hotel for that. The room we stayed was well equiped, it was a sea view room. We enjoyed it thoroughly. The service is very satisfying. Although it was Friday, the manager upgraded our room in a discounted rate. The view from the room is heavenly. We wanted to stay in the room and enjoy the view rather than going to the beach. There is a Chaoshi next to the hotel which arranges barbeque, fortunately we found halal meat there. The breakfast at Maymay restaurant was very good. This hotel is highly recommended.

The hotel staff were very friendly and could all speak English really well. I was happy with the mini bar and my hotel window review which was really spectacular at night time. Hopefully I will be back next time I visit Futian for the weekend!

Positives The hotel was clean and had beautiful views, just make sure you stay above the tenth floor to truly enjoy them. It was very close to the metro and just a walk away from Wutong mountain. The gym was fully equipped and clean, there was even a relatively big outdoor pool that I didn't know they had until I saw it from the gym. The breakfast was also good although not a western breakfast which is what I was hoping for. Negatives This is small but there was no bottle opener or spoon in the room to stir my coffee with. The staff were friendly but like most hotels I've been to in China, they didn't know anything about the area such as if foreigners could quickly and easily rent out bikes. They could've just explained that it takes one WORKING DAY to verify your ID to use the bike app which I had to figure out on my own. They should have this information along with other information like what are the best beaches both nearby and far away as well as some restaurants they would recommend. Overall, the hotel is great value for money and I'd happily stay here again, especially knowing they have a fairly big outdoor pool. Although the area is not for tourists as there is nothing to see apart from Wutong mountain which was great, it's still worth staying in as you have the metro nearby.

The room is big enough for the price. Very clean, the bed is comfy. Nice mountain view. Very quiet.. Big room and bathroom. I think the pillows they need to upgrade. Reasonable price. The staff are nice and helpful. The location is a little far from the beach but everything is ok. The location is just in front of the bus stop.

The first time I came here, the young lady who just entered the lobby front desk greeted me warmly and gave me a bottle of water and souvenirs intimately. There is a washing machine on the 2nd floor to wash clothes. There is also a gym on the same floor. The hotel room is very clean and has a fragrant smell. The floor I live on can overlook the sea! Every employee of the hotel is very cheerful and lively, even the hotel cleaning aunt can greet me very warmly when passing by. It really gives me a very warm feeling and the comfort is directly full! Drop-off service: This is a special project of this store. The front desk lady will remind me to arrive at the entrance of the hall five minutes in advance and wait for the bus. It is very convenient to not worry about being late. This time I stayed in the store and gave me an unexpected experience. I will still choose orange crystal ☺️ for business trips in the future.

Don't come on holidays, because the traffic jam is so bad that you suspect life. Not a general jam, 5 minutes drive, minutes 1 hour can't arrive. If it's not a very good place for holidays, there are many quail and flat seafood from the local people going out to sea 🚢 fishing. Walk 2-3 Minutes there is seafood street, seafood street next to help processing. If it is not a holiday landlord, this is also a barbecue. You can buy seafood barbecue.

National Day and my girlfriend came to the end of the competition to relax, look at the sea blowing hair, when I saw the homestay, brushed this 100-square-meter room, out of curiosity, I placed an order, when I came, I couldn’t get through the phone, and looked for the entrance for a long time, but after contacting the merchant later gave the road map and found it. It’s a charge for parking, but the homestays here are public parking lots, which doesn’t matter. The boss is also very enthusiastic when he first arrived. He knows that we are going to turn on the air conditioner in advance. He explained that because the balcony wind is very hot, this is well received. After the arrangement, go upstairs and enter the room. The room is very clean. The balcony was amazing, the 100 flats marked not the size of the bedroom, more of the balcony. The balcony is large, the view is very good, there is no obstruction, and some can be seen in the sea. The surrounding mountains are especially beautiful at sunrise and sunset. Sitting on the balcony with my girlfriend at night, eating skewers, drinking beer and blowing the sea breeze is also comfortable 😌. Walking away from the beach is coming soon. In short, the experience is not bad.
