Holiday Inn Express Hotels in Shenzhen

We checked in quite late at around 1030pm, Miss Nora Zhong from Front Desk was very helpful and hospitable, we got our room upgraded to high floor with a great view of the city, the room was located too close to the lift and it was a bit noisy when people were talking and waiting for lift. The room was spacious and clean and the hotel offers a good selection of breakfast which we enjoyed very much. The Manager at the restaurant was attentive. Good value for money and will recommend this hotel to others.

Comfy room, but the AC has minor issue. The line-up for the laundry machine is a little long and the access to the machines is cumbersome. Good service. Peter, Vera are really helpful.

And this is why chain are with us forever, no matter wot da hipsters say. I arrived at nearly dawn due to delayed flight, so I was exhausted and bad tempered. The Holiday Inn experience is highly standardized, which meant I kinda knew what to expect as I stumbled out of the taxi half comotozed. The check inn process, room decor, pillows (extras in my case) etc. all made a BIG difference to for the few hours I stayed there. Big Up to the corporate boys on this one!

This hotel is very cost-effective, especially the breakfast, and I would like to thank Mr. Li at the front desk for helping me upgrade my room. It is worth recommending to everyone! The room layout is also very good, clean and hygienic.

This time I went to Shenzhen for a two-day and one-night weekend, because I was going to Gankeng Ancient Town early the next morning, and the hotels in the ancient town were also fully exposed. So I chose the Holiday Inn Hotel, which has guaranteed quality and is a few subway stations away from Gankeng. 🚃 Holiday Inn can take Shenzhen Metro Line 10 (a 15-minute walk from China South City Station). There is already a shopping mall, multiple restaurants and supermarkets connected to the hotel. 🍜 A short distance away from China South City (taking a taxi is also very cheap) there is a newly built large shopping mall - Wanda Plaza . Adults will not get tired of walking around all day.  Special praise to Xiao Deng and Xiao Luo at the hotel front desk for their attentive and courteous service. 👍 The hotel room is hygienic and comfortable, with bathing, shampoo, toothbrush, slippers, and complete daily necessities. I will book again next time~

The breakfast is quite satisfactory and the standard of an average business hotel. There is no small refrigerator in the room, which is a pity. The sanitary condition is good, the room is spacious and there is no odor. There are soft and hard pillows on the bed to choose from. The mattress is not very soft. I don’t like a too soft mattress, so I think it’s good 👍. There are residential areas and elementary schools around the hotel, and life is convenient. There are small supermarkets, fruit shops, pharmacies, cake shops, and several restaurants. To get to the subway station, you need a taxi to arrive at the starting price.

The hotel is very new, the room is large, and the bay window is very good. The view outside the window is good, looking at the Shenzhen campus of Sun Yat-sen University. The breakfast is exquisite and the taste is suitable for me. The handsome guys and beauties at the front desk and restaurant service are friendly and ask for a late check-out. The front desk is very warm to adjust me to two o'clock in the afternoon. It is a hotel that will be willing to stay next time. It is the location, and it is not convenient to eat and shop nearby. But the speed of ordering takeaway is OK.

The newly opened Holiday Inn Express 3.0 upgraded version of the InterContinental Group in 2024 will surpass hotels of the same level in all aspects. First-class service, first-class hardware, first-class sanitation, first-class environment, service with a smile... I went to the hotel in the evening to wash my clothes. Brand new washing machine, dryer, washing powder, laundry detergent, and transparent soap. It can be seen that the management's meticulous service and super management ability👍👍👍The location is unique, circled in the picture downstairs Upstairs is where the descendants of Shenzhen leaders live. There is also a high-end golf club with a very good course. The hotel has a rich breakfast and a complete range of Chinese and Western food🥰The bathrooms and sanitary ware are all from international brands✈️I wanted to stay one night and go shopping in surrounding cities, but the location is so good, close to Window of the World, China Folk Village... major attractions They are all very close. We decided to stay here🥳. We booked two rooms with our elderly and children. We went out to play during the day and did not go to the hotel swimming pool, so we did not take pictures. The smart robot service was also good. This trip made me feel how Shenzhen people are open to the outside world. The enthusiasm of local people is the best hotel experience I have had during this trip. I will stay here again next time. Manager Zhang’s ability and Director Chen’s seriousness can only be praised by two words🎈.
