周圍很多寫字樓，所以樓下有很多購物吃飯的場所，交通方便，地鐵有兩個，整體環境比較舒適，物業安全，有陽台可以洗曬衣服，可以看到海。

非常推進。性價比很高，房間簡潔，有微波爐，冰箱，洗衣機，和室外陽台方便晾曬。
適合一家四口居住。相對複式更喜歡這種平層的房子，有客廳餐桌吃飯休息很舒服。總之性價比極高。
園區裏環境也好，吃飯方便樓下麥當勞，距離地鐵站走路距離。
